As a Diamond Member, I appreciate the often and consistent upgrades, often securing one of the beautifully updated executive-level rooms on the 9th or 10th floor. The amenities here: Exceptional Transportation: The complimentary shuttle service is a game-changer. It quickly whisks you anywhere within a three-mile radius, which includes the entire Galleria Mall and all the fantastic dining and shopping options in Addison. A huge shout-out to drivers Jonnie and Robert—they are professional, incredibly friendly, and make getting to meetings or dinner seamless. Best Breakfast on the Road: The breakfast buffet is genuinely outstanding and far surpasses typical hotel fare. It features fresh fruits, high-quality yogurt, and delicious, hot, made-to-order omelets. A wonderful way to start a busy workday. And service from Yessenia at breakfast is always exceptional and attentive! Almost forgot: legit Starbucks inside the hotel. The Perfect Unwind: Be sure to visit the bar! Thon is an awesome bartender and provides great service after a long day of work. Location and Access: Plenty of parking and easy access to major roads make check-in and check-out stress-free.
