- SVSam VictorNov 7, 20251.0Poor service. This hotel is unorganized and “over booked”. No matter what the circumstances are, they will tell you (upon arrival) no early check in. However, on the phone - early check in is approved. We planned our whole day with the expectation of being able to be checked in early. We ended up leaving this hotel after waiting from 9:30am-2:00pm, and going to check in at a different hotel.

I have trouble sleeping so I always book a king bed. Even though I paid for one, they overbooked and onky had a double. Ashleigh was awesome! I worked as a Front desk supervisor in the past but she was a Rockstar! She did her best with the situation and got me a higher floor for the inconvenience. I still recommend this location and look forward to coming back. Thanks again Ashleigh for being helpful and understanding.

I was told multiple times that a manager would call me back. They did not. I got a call from their accounting department and they finally admitted they made a mistake and refunded the double charge. They should have offered to comp our next stay since I had to call four times and my bank account is now in the negative because of them. So disappointed and will not stay there again or use Booking.com.

The breakfast came with a fee but was disappointing. The bacon had no taste, no grits, & questioned if eggs were real egg or powder eggs, and water in room. It appeared to be complimentary but if you used/drank. A $6 charge appeared on bill. The two water bottles were $3 a piece. Again, based on what I paid for the room. I expected more
