Colin not only retrieved the item, but ensured it was sent back to her with tracking information. Wonderful communication and a true customer first mindset. Hilton, you're lucky to have him! Rooms were great, shuttle driver was wonderful too. Would stay here again.

- LNLincoln NewtonNov 6, 20255.0I liked the service at the hotel but I was the service of VonLane's waitresses(both on my trip to Austin and cing back from Austin to Dallas,)Both th waitresses were Wonderful,they deserve raises(coming back,the waitress with the demples on my bus went so far as to tuck me in(I have never had that happen B 4,not even in First class on a plain,I really appreciate that service over all,they don't make (2 women like both of them anymore,I will travel again using their service (Vonlane and Doubletree,simply because those ladies treated me special,and I don't even know their names,(I guess, Angel's will do cause that type of compassion,only comes with great care and wonderful grace they share openly,and I appreciate them both..(thank you!)
