- LLLaCata1 day ago3.0The room itself was nice, but unfortunately there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. The carpet was damaged, and the bathtub was not cleaned properly. We also attempted to store our drinks in the refrigerator, but it stayed at 80 degrees the entire time. We contacted the front desk to see if someone could fix the issue, and we were told they could store our items in their refrigerator instead. However, the next morning our items were damaged and clearly had not been refrigerated at all. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. This was my first and will be my last time visiting this location.

- TTT TDec 21, 20253.0It's more of a 2.5 star hotel with a $21 breakfast. Bed's where nice and soft as was the cookie. That was pretty much the best thing about it the cookie and bed. Maybe if I had tried eating the cookie in bed it would have been a 3 star. Concrete is falling apart in the parking lot. You can tell this was once a nice place.

From the moment I checked in, the service was smooth, professional, and welcoming. They really know how to make guests feel valued and comfortable the moment they walk through the door. The king-size bed was unbelievably comfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cloud—perfect mattress, soft pillows, and clean, crisp bedding. After a long day, it was exactly the kind of rest I needed. Waking up refreshed every morning was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. Whether sitting, working, or just stretching out, the layout was perfect. It never felt cramped, and everything was arranged in a way that made the room feel open and inviting. Cleanliness was top-tier. Every corner of the room was spotless—from the bathroom to the carpets to the desk area. You could tell housekeeping takes pride in their work. It made the whole experience comfortable, peaceful, and worry-free. Overall, this was a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. Great service, a large and comfortable room, and a king-size bed that guarantees good sleep—there’s nothing more I could ask for. Definitely a solid five-star experience and a hotel I would gladly return to.
