- WUWayne Utley6 days ago2.0I would not stay here again if it was the last room in Dallas. Where to start? Hotels should be about being able to sleep. That is why you rent a hotel in the first place. You would think.. Well you would be wrong. The noise from the trains and the motorcycles racing up and down Greenville half the night was unbearable. At 1:00 am since I couldn't sleep I went downstairs to find out why my AC kept stopping and found out they have the AC thermostat that cuts off if it doesn't sense you moving in the room. I do not know how to sleep and move around at the same time so the room does not become too hot to sleep. The broken items in the room and lack or working ice machines were a minor inconvenience. I almost forgot.. The front desk promotes the restaurant for dinner when you check in. Problem is the restaurant is closed and they only serve at the bar. Which would not be terrible expect the blaring unintelligible music is such and beating that we decided to eat elsewhere. I asked for management to call me today and today is almost over. What a beating this place is...

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional — exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. The hotel has a sleek, modern look, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. My room was spacious with a super comfortable bed, plenty of lighting, and a great layout for relaxing or getting work done. The views were nice, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. The lobby and common areas are pretty, and the elevators are fast, which is always a plus in a large hotel. Location-wise, it’s convenient to everything in central Dallas, and parking was easy. Between the friendly service, the clean and updated rooms, and the overall atmosphere, this hotel is an excellent choice whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again.

Just minutes from downtown Dallas • Close enough to feel the City buzz, but far enough to actually get a good night’s sleep 😴 The Dallas view from my room was gorgeous (& made me feel fancier than I probably am). Rooms were spotless, the staff was on point & everything ran smoother than my morning coffee order. ☕️ A perfect spot for your #BusinessTrip or a #QuickGetaway where you can pretend you’re on #Vacation between meetings. Highly recommend !!

There's nothing better than being greeted by a friendly staff and knowing that you will get a quick response to any request. I called the front desk to ask for assistance and not even 5 minutes later there was a knock on my door. I appreciate the excellent service and the quick response, Juan was very polite and extremely professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel!
