We loved our stay but the pillows are too high and extremely uncomfortable. We barely slept. Otherwise Everything was Perfect 👍

I cannot tell you how much my stay at the Canopy greatly exceeded my expectations. Seems like a quaint quiet neighborhood hotel, close to everything... incredible decor, almost like you are in a multi million dollar home, but on a scale that is not crowded. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with great down pillows, down comforter, smartly design entry space with coffee station, safe, storage and a pull out drawer fridge. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. I had room 533 with a balcony. Spent my time out there when rooftop bar was closed. The rooftop bar and patio are amazing. The inside bar, again looks like a million dollar home, while the outside patio has comfortable discreet seating areas. All the staff were amazing... The hotel pays homage to the local McKinney Ave Trolley (The M Line Trolley)..... do yourself a favor, take an hour out of your stay early and ride the loop of the M Line Trolley, it's free to ride, I think expected donation is $3.... i gave $10... steps away from the hotel entrance (literally the end of the street) it will take you through a loop of uptown so you can really see the neighborhood and jumping off and on is convenient (just ring the buzzer) get off and explore the parks, restaurants and arts district.... one of the stops is right in front of a Trolley Stop Cafe, didn't have a chance to check it out. They run about every 20 minutes, just jump back on to go back to the hotel. There's more I could add, it's nice to see the attention to detail that the Canopy by Hilton provides to make even a first time guest feel at home.
