Every Just-Right Room has free WiFi, a 55-inch TV, refrigerated drawer, Nespresso machine, and a place for everything on uncloseted shelves and racks. - EWEmily Welch2 days ago5.0Had a fantastic stay at the Canopy Uptown Dallas for work. I stayed previously at the Canopy in Frisco, and Uptown beats it hands down. The hotel is super clean, chic, and modern. Fancier than Frisco location. The service is perfect. The front desk manager (I think) messaged me a few times to make sure everything was great. The rooftop bar has picturesque views of downtown, and great vibes. My coworkers staying elsewhere ended up coming to the hotel every night for drinks on the rooftop. It’s that good. I was just reminded to make this review as I saw the pack of locally baked shortbread cookies on my table after arriving home. (Spoiler: they’re delicious) Rocio was my server for breakfast every morning, and I noticed she remembered every diner’s order from the previous day. Very good at what she does! On Friday it was a little slower at breakfast and we had a lovely chat. Breakfast was delicious and promptly finished every day, even when they were in the weekday rush. Overall everything was absolutely lovely, one of my best hotel experiences ever, I’d say. Only two very minor suggestions. The wireless charging alarm clocks don’t have magnetic grip, so I inadvertently didn’t charge my phone one night. (I had forgotten my charging cable, so really it’s on me, and nice they had the wireless charger offered. It worked when I repositioned it the subsequent nights.) Again very small item. Also the Canopy line of hotels seems to have these big treadmills in the fitness center that have fancy screens and entertainment but the shock absorption is pretty much non existent and makes running much harder. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff are personable and great and the drinks are very well made. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Dallas.

While the rooms and location are reason enough, the staff are what truly sets it apart. They’re always attentive and responsive and we always feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Clean room, amazing water pressure and hand-wand in the shower, and aesthetically pleasing color palette and modern furniture. The artwork is specific to the uptown area and adds a special flare to the design of the rooms. The staff dresses so well and they all have great attitudes. Location is great. Beautiful area. Safe, clean, and within walking distance to great eating, the park, and the trolley. Highly recommend for couples especially. Rooftop bar is fun and sexy, with great late-night food and a stunning city view. Cassidy did an excellent job serving at the bar and even provided a blanket for us on the night that was so cold!
