While there i was told they only had cable channels and the TV couldn't connect to wifi for Netflix. After some YouTube investigation, I found out how to connect the smart TV to netflix, but was kinda annoyed the front desk guy was to lazy to help out the whole 2 weeks I was there.

Blamed it on my bank taking too long. While, at the same time, didn't have any record of the credit back to my card. With other hotels, the credit is immediate or within an hour.
- GOGregg OstOct 22, 20254.0Very spacious and affordable room with quiet AC, nicely furnished. Very large and well ventilated bathroom. Pool was acceptable, but no towels are stocked there. Fitness room is mainly cardio equipment, with one broken cable machine ( frayed cable..signage says out of commission).. however the high bar still works fine for pull ups. Breakfast is rather basic. Parking lot large and well illuminated.. many restaurants within walking distance. Not far from Dallas Love Field.

- MMMia MunozSep 28, 20251.0I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was absolutely filthy the sheets had visible stains and clearly had not been changed. To make matters worse, I saw roaches crawling in the bathroom and near the bed, which was completely unacceptable. When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions or apology. The customer service was just as bad as the condition of the room. If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
