Very nice rooms and really nice lobby area with lots of stuff to do including a pool table which I’ve never seen. Price was reasonable for the quality.

My father asked for coffee to be refilled and he said he wasn't making any more until 4:30am. If I am not mistaken, they advertise 24/7 coffee and tea bar. Next morning my father came down and said Merry Christmas and he ignored him. Everyone else was kind ad sweet!

We were immediately impressed by the customer service and especially the positive attitudes and helpfulness of all of the staff. The excellent service continued through our entire stay (4 nights). There was very little choice for rooms so we got the smallest (one double bed). It was REALLY small with little space to put anything other than yourself! Our room was clean, although we knew another couple that was staying on another floor and they mentioned some mold in their shower near the ceiling.. The food was typical for this level of hotel, but again the service made the most of it as everything was well stocked and serviced regularly by a very attentive employee with a great attitude. Overall and given the circumstances we were happy that we stayed here. People truly do make the difference and this hotel is a perfect example of that. Our thanks to all of those we interacted with during our stay.
