Needless to say our entire content of stuff got shook out before stuff went into my truck. Advised the front desk and they advised (after apologizing) that they would let management know. Room was nice and big. Shower leaked which for a remodeled room (303) befuddled me. As a Hilton member I'm disappointed that we had to find bugs. I wouldn't advise staying here until their done with the 'renovation'.

- TMT MomJun 2, 20252.0Disappointed by Ongoing Construction We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience due to major construction throughout the property. While I do recall a notice about the pool and hot tub being unavailable, I was not aware that such extensive renovations were happening across most of the hotel. The front desk was temporarily relocated down the hall, and the main entrance was covered with plastic and paper, with some areas lacking flooring altogether. Doors were left propped open, and the environment was dusty with an unpleasant smell throughout common areas. Breakfast was reduced to a grab-and-go option (which I didn’t bother to check out), or we were told we could walk to another hotel across the parking lot. On the plus side, the staff member at check-in was very kind and apologetic, which we appreciated. Our room itself was clean and the A/C worked well, though the room had not yet been updated. For a longer stay, we definitely would have looked elsewhere. Considering the condition of the hotel, we were surprised the rates hadn’t been adjusted to reflect the limited amenities and disruption. For comparison, we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Fort Worth the next night for a similar rate and received a full cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception.

I was like someone running a lawnmower right outside my door and occasionally banging it into the door. They really ought to consider starting that process a bit later, perhaps around 10:00, when most people are already up and out of their rooms. I brought it up to the front desk and didn't get any sort of "Sorry about that" or anything. You would expect, in a hospitality business environment, some sort of response, but I got nothing. The breakfast was sub-par. I think the eggs may have been a powdered mix, and the Canadian bacon looked and felt rubbery. 4/10 - Would not stay again.
