    Nice rooms, dark at night with the black out shades. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bath tub needs repaired and the ceiling above the tub had a leak at one time in room 121. But the room was perfect and I rested well. Woke up to a hot breakfast with coffee,milk, or juice from 6-9am

    Espero y esta vez ya tomen cartas en el asunto con el personal de este hotel, ya que creo que es la misma persona agresiva que todos describen en las opiniones, no puedo asegurar que sea el mismo, pero por su reacciones debe de ser el. Además por favor solicito que hagan el reembolso de lo que me cobraron extra por un depósito, ya que se cobró con la tarjeta de crédito y si hacen el corte antes de la devolución me cobrarán más por ese cargo. Mi estancia en el hotel muy desagradable, para empezar en el desayuno, estabamos mi esposo y yo en el area de comedor para servirnos y eran las 8:35 am y ya no habia nada, para esto pasan por enfrente de nosotros dos personas empleados del hote(hombre y mujer)l, a lo cual me dispongo a preguntarle si van a servir mas desayuno en las charolas para comer, y a esto me responde el hombre, no le entiendo no hablo español, estamos en america aqui se habla ingles, muy grosero y altanero, y pues yo no supe que responder ya que yo no hablo ingles, pero su comentario fue racista. lo deje pasar por alto y solo esperamos. Despues ya era la hora de hacer el check out y pues como me molesto su actitud queria el nombre para poner el comentario de la mala experiencia con este hombre, y ya en la recepcion lo vulevo a ver y le pregunto, cual es tu nombre? y me vuelve a responder muy grosero y agresivo, para que lo quieres en ingles, les comento si entiendo un poco el inlges mas no lo hablo, y le vuelvo a preguntar, cual es tu nombre? y se empezo a poner demasido agresivo, se dirige hacia donde estaba mi esposo y se le queda viendo con muy mala actitud, y le dice a mi esposo que me vez? y mi esposo le contesta, que tienes calmate! y vuelve otra vez agresivo hasta querer golpear, todo por preguntarle el nombre para reportarlo, casi se viene a los golpes no se si hacia mi o hacia mi esposo y solo me meti y le dije haste para alla, y pues viene la otra muchacha que estaba de incio en el area de comedor, y ya empezo a meterse a detenerlo por sus agresiones , y todavia se hacen los ofendidos, cuando nosotros fuimos agredidos y ofendidos por su mala actitud y racismo dw no saber hablar ingles, y esta mujer nos dice, cual es el problema que no hablemos español, y nosotros nos quedamos como que? si ustedes son los que tienen el problema por que nosotros no hablamos ingles, y pues ya segun la mujer le iba a hablar a la policia y no se que tanto problema, si los del problema son ellos. De verdad jamas desde que soy socia jamas habia tenido un problema con ni gun empledado de ningun hotel de estos IHG, de todos los hoteles este ha sido el peor, no habia desayuno, nada de lo que ponen en las fotos habia, demasido fea esta experiencia, y que mal que os dueños de este hotel no hagan nada al respecto con estos empleados que no tienen actitud de buen servicio al cliente, por que, por lo que veo no soy la primera en quejarme de los empleados, somos mas personas agredidas verbalmente por esta persona, y aclaro no se si sea el mismo empleado, pero por lo qie he leido, de que es agresivo y prepotente, podria ser el mismo, tengo un video del mal corportamiento de los empleados , pero no lo puedo subir por mi etica, espero tomen accion en este caso

    Upon arrival, I was told that the 2 rooms I had reserved would not be available to me because my wife booked the room and was not with me at the moment. After the Desk clerk reviewed a few options, new rooms at double the rate? No thanks... no options offered, ony cancel the reservation? Another thug at the desk said he was calling police if I didnt leave???? How helpful & considerate!!!??? Scott L, Satiz L & Jordan B were the names of employees involved. Ill be contacting corporate office to ensure they are aware of the hostile, unprofessional manner their hotel is being operated. I went next door to Hampton inn & had to pay triple the price for the 2 rooms. Ill be sure to post & repost & inform any management about my appaling experience. I waited some time for the police to arrive, but I gave up & went to bed.

    The guy who works the night shift Scott was amazing. Simply incredible service. Really awesome attitude even though it was incredibly late at night. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel because of this guy.
