There was no mention of the balconies being closed (the entire reason we booked here was to have a balcony with a bay view) *The carpet was wet *there was no remote for the tv *I was told we got an upgrade and yet we were put on the 9th floor in tiny room with no bay view from the bedroom. Never again, they fell way short on expectations. Here are some pictures of the beautiful “upgraded” room with a “Bay View” as a Diamond Elite member 😂🤦🏼♂️ I booked two weeks ago, and this is what we got.

The other day I was harassed by the front desk tenant asking who I was, what room number and never given an explanation to why the inquiry other than I look like a shipper? Note, no freaking box, dolly, peg leg, eye patch, or parrot any kind of shipper would use. Either that or he was saying I look like a stripper. Which is understandable because I am tall dark and handsome, just a little on the heavy side. This place is no bueno. If you like it cold the ac vents in the room leak. Hard to move luggage main halls because of carpet and uneven surfaces. If I think of more I’ll update.
