We’ve stayed here twice and have had no issues. The hotel is older but has recently been renovated, and the service is always really great. My husband really enjoys staying there because there are several other blue-collared workers that use this location, and I think everything is mostly built off of that. I’ve never viewed airport and conference centers as getaway or vacation locations- for that, you would just need to drive an additional 10 minutes to go downtown and stay on the water. The beds are always comfortable and the bathrooms are big, with a tub and shower and name brand toiletries which I appreciate. I like that parking is available right by the entry doors, which are key secured as well for those who feel sketched out by the area. I do wish they offered continental breakfast since their customer base is a lot of working people, but there are so many options available for door dash or uber eats it’s never been a problem. Definitely worth it for the price and service. They don’t hesitate to allow late check outs, even on one night stays, which I have found difficult in requesting at other hotels. In fact, we plan on using this as our place to stay when I have to work late on the island or my husband is working 7 straight days. Totally worth it to not have to drive all the way home during the late hours.

My Husband and I needed a room for 2 nights and had some confusion booking. I made a call and Miss Michelle Cory came to the rescue. She is amazing precise, professional and kind. In no time , we where all set. I absolutely loved the room, everything was clean well arranged and comfortable. Breakfast was great but the best part was the 24hr coffee bar. We enjoyed our stay and will be future guest. Thanks to Michelle Cory.

I usually don’t write bad reviews because I understand things happen and have worked in the service industry for years and tend to attempt to be very understanding. Let me start by saying I didn’t pick the location, I was traveling for work and some of our meetings were hosted here so I stayed here by default. Outside is fairly typical however from the street you start to question how safe the area is. Inside the main lobby was clean and modern. Initial check in was quick and staff was friendly. I get ready to go to bed and find reddish something (not sure if it was lipstick, blood or what) on the bedding. There is no way you can make a bed and not see that. It was in a weird location which adds to the mystery and it was not an old stain. I call the front desk and they say someone will be up soon, over 30 minutes goes by and nothing. Mind you I had just drove 12 hours straight and have a meeting the next morning. Call again and no answer. I literally gathered all the bedding and headed to the front desk, just before I get to the desk one of the managers sees me in the hallway and while she did acknowledge me and ask if everything was ok she waited until we had already passed each other. It was like she didn’t think a lady packing a huge arm full of bedding through the hall late at night was unusual at first. I explained the issue and she said she would get new bedding and be right back as we were right by the housekeeping area. I stood in the hall for nearly 15 minutes, I was livid. I am thinking how long does it take to grab new bedding off the rack and give it to me? She apologizes for taking so long because she was trying to fold the bedding so that it looked nice. On one hand I appreciate that but on the other, I could have cared less at that moment how well it was folded as long as it was clean. Pillow cases were on inside out too which under normal circumstances I wouldn’t even mention as someone may have just been distracted or in a rush when making the bed. Towels were stained so I couldn’t make myself use them and threw them all in the shower floor before I left hoping they would all get washed. I saw mold in more than one place in the hall. I don’t even know what to say about the blood splatter on the wall in my room. Pool was SO heavily treated that the air burned your eyes and lungs when you walked in the room. Overall the room seemed like it was not cleaned correctly. Hairs in the bathroom, things under the edge of furniture, gravel in the carpet. Not the worst place I’ve stayed overall however I generally expect a better level of cleanliness from certain companies and this was pretty frustrating. If I had been staying on my own terms I would have left the first night and found another place to stay.

One night stay bathroom was terrible. Tub didn't drain, faucet in tub didn't work. Room was dated as well as the hotel. Dirty halls and not very clean overall. Lots of guys hanging out in the parking lot after dark. I won't return.
