We had a great experience this past weekend with Jake the front desk receptionist. He was extremely helpful and nice to us. The room and hotel overall were really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was easily accessible and well equipped and served. 10/10 recommend staying at this hotel, and Jake was an excellent hotel staff member.

A/C was not working. Apparently a guest mentioned to me that this had been going on for over a month. They offered just a full refund and to check me out at midnight. Like where would I go at midnight driving around town to find another hotel to stay at?! I called them at 6 pm to change my air filter and they never showed up. I got back to my room from my concert at midnight to find the same air filter in my room dirty. Clearly they don’t care about the guest and their basic maintenance requests.

The hotel was okay but a bit pricey for what you get. There’s no reliable air conditioning, which made the room pretty uncomfortable at night. When it did work, it only ran for a couple of hours before going out again. When guests asked about it, the staff just kept assuring everyone that they were “working on it.” The food was decent, and the free parking was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, but I expected a bit more for the price.

Fred at the front desk is the sweetest, most helpful, and respectful guest service professional I have ever encountered. I was staying for a real estate conference and forgot my charger. Fred immediately went out of his way to find one and let me borrow it for most of the conference. Something so little to most people meant a great deal to me! His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay. Thank you, Fred!

Rooms felt like former one-bedroom apartments that had been converted into hotel rooms. During our stay, we noticed the fitted sheet on the bed was wrong size (queen sheet on king bed). Shower head felt like a pressure washer and setting could not be changed. Bathroom sink had almost no pressure, and was basically a trickle even when knobs turned all the way up. The room ac was set to lowest temp (low 60s) but it never got down to that, the room temp stayed in the low 70s. Towel Rod in bathroom fell apart during our stay. Shower door didn’t roll closed properly so water would spray out of the opening and get all over the floor. Toilet was not powerful and clogged with just 3 pieces of toilet paper. Then when maintenance was requested to unclog the toilet (because the rooms don’t have plungers), no one came so our last night/morning we had to deal with a clogged toilet. Hotel was decent, but overpriced for the value provided. They do at least offer two free alcoholic drinks per guest who is over 21 years old, so that was a bonus!
