It wasn’t a big deal. The walls are thin though. But it’s manageable. The breakfast was pretty good with waffles , eggs, oatmeal and other normal fare. Overall, this was a good experience and we will be back to this hotel.

The receptionist at the front desk was unhelpful and claimed we had to go through the third party for the refund. To which the third party had to contact the hotel for the refund. Overall a poor experience as it was late and finding an alternative was not an easy thing to do.

She had no explanation or customer service. Offering me a room that wouldn’t fit our needs. Horrible experience
