On check-in, the clerk looked at my husband like he was an idiot for trying to clarify the statement “for the double queen it’s 315” when husbands response was “I thought the room was already prepaid - could you check the booking again?”. The clerk meant the room number. It was after 10pm and we’d been on the road since 9am. At breakfast, when asking about milk, the response was a huff and an impatient “right there” with a wave of her hand. The location is convenient for those passing through but I’d look elsewhere if you expect basic human kindness. Rooms were clean and did the job. We didn’t stick around for breakfast besides getting a coffee.

The complimentary breakfast was top-notch. The sausage, biscuits, potatoes, omelets and waffles were all great. The coffee bar located right outside the elevator is wonderful.

We booked a room for 5, they gave us a room for 4, so we went and talked to the front desk about it. Lost story short he said he can do nothing about it and won’t give us a refund (if we leave) since we are canceling, funny because they aren’t giving us what we paid for…. Anyways he called the manager and they still did nothing (not surprised). The front desk man got very heated and threatened to call the cops if we didn’t leave? Very BAD service. I would rather sleep in my car!!
