- RPRonni Parker5 days ago5.0This is the finest hotel/motel we have ever stayed in! We stayed in a king, ADA-accessible room on the first floor. The lighting is bright, especially in the bathroom. My husband and I loved the sliding closet/bathroom door, the electric-controlled shades, the breakfast buffet hours to 10am (rather than 9am in most other hotels), the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, the appealing decor and seating areas in the lobby, and other features too numerous to mention. We became acquainted with Alan, the night manager, who was extremely attentive to our needs, which we greatly appreciated. As a result of our wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays, we have booked at Hampton Inns in other cities and will continue to do so in the future.

I took a screen shot and I will be contacting the authorities that will be handling this. You never put something publicly about an individual to harm their reputation and clearly you do not understand the liability in this. You publicly disclosed private health concerns. This is an invasion of privacy and you violated the general privacy expectations.You know nothing about the law you keep my son‘s money you potentially allow him to get sick and go to the hospital with an infection and then you pretend to say things that aren’t even true. The general manager was more concerned, ensuring that I paid the third day that he was to check out because he was at the hospital that morning. That’s what she cared about. Now we have a big problem.huge!! As a general manager, she should know that this is a huge liability something in which no one should ever do. I have now gone higher up as she has refused to speak to me, and now I will not speak to her after this negligence and violation of privacy, the slander and defamation that she has created.
