    I have to give a big thank you to Marie or Maria. The general manager. I will forever be grateful to her for helping my son as he was staying at this hotel and became sick.. every mother would like to know that if something happened to their son that they would have someone like her to step in and help and again I’m forever grateful. Also, Allen, at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Each of these people should have five stars for going above and beyond.

    As someone who travels extensively for work—over 150 nights at Hilton properties so far in 2025—I was truly impressed by this hotel. The property was immaculately clean and exceptionally well maintained, prompting me to stop by the front desk just to share my appreciation. I learned that Angela prepared my room, and she deserves every bit of praise—the space was spotless, clearly cleaned with care and attention to detail. At check-in, Logan was welcoming and full of great local recommendations. His dinner suggestions were perfect, and his enthusiasm made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Throughout my stay, Morgan checked in via text to ensure everything was going smoothly and handled my few requests with such grace and kindness. By the end of the year, I’ll have stayed more than 160 nights across 50+ Hilton properties—and this one stands out as the cleanest, best maintained, and most graciously staffed of them all. The entire team radiated warmth and pride in their work. My next trip to Austin will definitely bring me back here—no doubt about it!

    My truck got broken into, a long with 27 others in the area. no security. Wouldn't let us see the camera's. Very rude at the front desk. Food was gross. No water pressure! Or water to drink except community lemon water. No working water fountains. no AC in the hallways on upper floors. I don't recommend this place. your car or truck will get broken into.

    The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated how friendly and accommodating Logan, Ashley, and Alan were during my stay. However, I was very disappointed with the behavior of one staff member. On both mornings of our two night stay, a woman pushing a cart with her clipboard entered our room around 10:30 a.m. without knocking, asking if we had checked out yet even though checkout time is 11 a.m. she had a rude attitude towards me. This happened twice and felt extremely unprofessional and intrusive.
