They supply cold bottled water for their guests, that kind gesture goes along way in these parts of south Texas. I will say, for you day time sleepers working night shift, the window shades do not black out the room. It does a good job, but depending on how sensitive you are to the sun, it may or may not be a problem. I’ve stayed here a few times, and both rooms were set up this way. 10/10 stars though!

This has been a systemic issue and has been going on for several months. Rather than addressing the issue, they just print an “out of order” sign! I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to my agency as well as other Federal Government agencies
