Decent, reliable. What a lovely surprise to find a hotel in this range that just puts in a little bit more effort and attention. Extra free stuff for Honors members is nice but by far the best has been the STAFF here especially Maria. Super friendly and warm and helpful. If you ever have a reason to stay in carrizo springs stay at the Hampton inn.
