    Friendly service, clean hotel, good parking. Only thing I wish would be better is the AC unit. It won’t just stay on fan. It kicks on and off and wakes you up.

    Travelled to Colorado for skiing and stayed there with kids. Very nice and clean, good breakfast, safe parking. The price was actually cheaper than the best western next to it, so definitely worth the price. I liked everything and I would actually stay there if I had to travel for business even though I'd typically choose Marriott. I spoke with the staff and they told me the hotel was built in 2022, very fresh and equipped. Highly recommend.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. RIP OFF. Someone booked a room through Hotels.com on my credit card. According to the HOTEL no one stayed there that night. HOTEL WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND EVEN THOUGH FRAUDULANT BOOKING ON MY CREDIT CARD. Since Hotel wont refund bet credit card company will dispute the charge. Crappy management

    I will start by saying that the front desk staff is always very kind and welcoming. The rooms have given me some challenge. I have visited here frequently and sometimes the room isn’t fully clean. Temperature control of the room was a challenge, I had the room set to 64 and cool, which was the lowest it would go and it still felt like a furnace. There was a group of patrons smoking in the outside courtyard below my room from 1 AM to 3 AM and I could hear their whole conversation and smell what they were smoking. I put in a noise complaint and nothing changed. There was a bright light shining directly into my room and the blackout curtain did not Fully lower- I told front desk and they did say they’re have maintenance look at it. I also think a full/firm pillow option would be nice. I have enjoyed using the fitness center there, and refreshments are always available. Overall, staff is nice, just really poor sleep.
