I’ve stayed here for work on occasion. The front desk staffer is sometimes nowhere to be found or off playing on their phone. My colleague and I waited over 10 mins for someone to come out and check us in, and he was unapologetic for making us wait. They seem to take “casual dress” very liberally from what I observed. The worst part was that I informed the front desk on my second morning about multiple dead roaches on the stairwell and a live one that had greeted me in my shower that morning. 3 days later when I checked out those dead roaches were still there.

The workers are laid around unprofessionally with bad attitude/tone. Originally said we could check in early, but then stated there was more guests coming in so they didn’t have time. Not a good experience when visiting for the first time. We ended up not checking in & going to a different hotel. No comments on rooms as we did not check in, but we were fully charged for the night. We do business here in the area quite often, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Doesn't appear as though the shower was cleaned before they rented out the room. Front desk moved my room.
