- EEElizabeth3 days ago5.0Bright & clean. Nice room with a big window. Comfortable bed. I could run the fan for white noise. It felt safe. Only problem is Home2 carts are few & very small for hauling in luggage & computer equipment.

I did enjoy the breakfast served in the morning. Make sure to get there before 9am. The rooms are nice. The bed was a bit worn and noisy.
- JWJW Walthall5 days ago1.0ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE - SCAM CHARGE Our stay was completely ruined by the hotel's dishonest and unprofessional behavior. The room and staff were great until the unexpected charge weeks later - we were charged a staggering $300 smoking fee, which is entirely baseless. My friend and I had a cigarette, but only smoked outside in the designated area in front of the hotel. We absolutely did not smoke in the room. When we contacted management to dispute the charge, they offered no real, verifiable proof—no photos, no definitive evidence of smoke damage, just a vague claim. This feels like a blatant scam to extract extra money from guests. A $300 charge without evidence is unacceptable. We were responsible guests, and this fraudulent fee has completely tarnished our view of this establishment and Hilton.
