We stayed for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or were we offered clean towels/linens unless we went down to ask for them. Aldo, the maintenance man was a god sent. So helpful and polite. Had it not been for him and his help, we probably would have been stuck in a dirty room with an a/c issue because Ashley from the front was no help.

- DBD BOct 30, 20253.0I usually stay here when I'm in Boerne. The staff is always friendly and the food is good. This time, however, I had a problem with my room. The carpet was filthy. The first night I walked around barefoot and when I got in the shower black dirt was coming off from the bottom of my feet. I had to wear socks or shoes just lounging around in my room to keep my feet clean. I notified staff and they said they would ensure the floor was cleaned when I departed. I'm my opinion they should be routinely cleaned and never allowed to get this nasty. I was very disappointed!

Vanessa took our problem on as her own working with booking.com. We ended up with a refund of our original reservations. We then rebooked with the hotel directly. We saved over $100 for 2 nights and had a wonderful pleasant stay in their facility. Loved the room,$1.25 laundry, pool, breakfast, 24hr coffee bar and fitness room. We had a frustrating experience with booking.com's new ai bot system and was disappointed in their forthrightness.
