And well the lady at the front lied at the front desk about the price because it clearly states around 80$.. She knew I didn't have the money and even though I offered her a hundred dollar gift card for just one night stay which would have actually covered for the stay! She still wouldn't let me even if she could tell I might need more help than most! And wait is laurel ridge responsible for diagnosing me with something false! And even if there was a tiny bit of truth to it! Does laurel ridge try to make my life harder because they say my condition is worse than most..wait? do they not only do that but do they not want people to treat me right because they have mixed motives and agendas? We stayed for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or were we offered clean towels/linens unless we went down to ask for them. Aldo, the maintenance man was a god sent. So helpful and polite. Had it not been for him and his help, we probably would have been stuck in a dirty room with an a/c issue because Ashley from the front was no help.
