  It's quiet. It's clean. The people are as friendly as can be. There is plenty of parking. It's a very nice breakfast. A lovely place where I'd be happy to stay any time. I could use a little more water pressure, but that's my largest and only real complaint. There is some road work going on around there at the moment, but it's only a mild issue. We noticed no extra noise.

  I have Hilton Honors Diamond status and have stayed here many times. This used to be the best hotel in Beaumont. But they recently instituted a new policy where if you decline house cleaning they need to send the cleaners to come “check up on” your room to make sure it’s not too dirty after 3 days. I work in the emergency department and always work minimum 5x 12-hour night shifts in a row, so I keep “do not disturb” on the door and decline cleanings so I can sleep during the day. Well now the last several stays they have started calling me during the days about these “check ups” and CONTINUE TO WAKE ME UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY WHILE I AM SLEEPING OVER AND OVER AGAIN!! Even though I told them to put me on the night shift list. They call and call again and again about these pointless checkups. “The house cleaners need to come check the room because they haven’t cleaned it in 3 days.” So I tell them ok they can come check the room after 7pm. But just now they called me again and woke me up AGAIN to reconfirm. And then when they do come, they don’t even clean the room!!! All this invasion of my sleep is apparently so they can walk in my room, make sure I haven’t destroyed the place, then walk out. I benefit in no way from this annoying new service that is ruining my sleep and filling me with rage. I told the front desk to leave me notes on the door if they need anything but I guess it’s much easier or more fun to wake me up. If you are a night shift worker staying here more than 3 days just unplug your phone because they har been too incompetent to figure this out so far. Honestly it’s my fault for not unplugging the phone earlier, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

  Rooms are spacious and clean. Location near some restaurants and theater within walking distance. Fresh cookies every day. Does have 2 laundry rooms. Social hour every Wednesday. I would suggest getting a room away from highway due to construction noise. Had a room halfway down hall and heard no construction. Now the cons, Water pressure is low. Internet is slow including cable box which was hit or miss if I can watch Netflix. Freezer looks like shave ice explosion. Staff couldn't find one dishwashing sponge and gave me a magic eraser. The coffee maker needs to be descaled.

  In town for a fun d raiser. The hotel was leas than 4 miles from the venue. Fantastic breakfast and cocktail hour.

  This place is a joke. Front desk service don't know much about the hotel. We had to change rooms 3 times. Phones don't work, missing lamps,dark rooms. They don't tell you about the breakfast buffet until you are leaving. It's not free.
