- EEEmilyJan 5, 20265.0This place was excellent. Brie helped me book our rooms close to our family and she went above and beyond. All the staff were super nice, breakfast was outstanding and location was great. The only suggestion is the breakfast plates to be checked as I had to go up to the front desk to ask for more plates for the other guests. The bacon ran out quick but the chef did put some more in the oven and it didn't take to long. The chia puddings were brilliant but I would hope they would be available always as there a great gluten free option. They were only available for the Saturday breakfast not the Sunday breakfast. That's the only thing I would suggest as everything else was sensational. The rooms were large and clean. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed at and probably the best breakfast we have had at a hotel. The price was terrific.

The beds were comfortable and the mattresses did not have worn in dips. This particular Homewood Suites also had the best breakfast of any that we have stayed at recently. We traveled with our dog (70 lb Collie) and there was plenty of grass and space to walk her. I will definitely stay again next time I come through Beaumont.

Clean, spacious rooms, quiet. The ladies working the front desk were incredibly friendly. Will definitely book here again.
- KKKayDec 14, 20255.0I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Home Suites in Beaumont. The staff was truly amazing, welcoming, accommodating, and attentive throughout my visit. I experienced a minor issue with the remote control, but as soon as I called, someone came immediately and resolved it. I was in town for a graduation ceremony and worried about my family having to pack the car while we were away. The front desk agent kindly offered us a later checkout, which gave us peace of mind and made the day so much easier. I also want to recognize the kitchen host. Even though breakfast service had ended, he went out of his way to bring out some items for my family and me after we returned from the ceremony. His kindness and effort meant a lot to us.

The bed had hairs, I wonder if the sheets were even washed. Hot water in shower was a joke, when it’s below 40 degrees outside you need HOT water and not warm water. I’m a loyal Hilton customer but this stay has let me down.
