- TTTalishaDec 10, 20251.0I quickly walked in to check in and left right out. The front desk clerk seemed off but I overlooked it bc it's just a over night stay. Came back a couple hours later. Hair was in the bathroom sink and floor and the bed look like someone slept in it. This is unacceptable and I had a argument with the same lady after voicing how I felt about a room that's not properly clean!

Although not fully fenced, the outdoor area is large and beautifully maintained. There is a nice BBQ area as well as comfortable seating areas. Our well trained dogs were able to run around and sniff everything off leash. My condolences if you are spending time in Beaumont. It's truly a forgettable city.
- SGSteve GNov 20, 20251.0Horrible stay - Here is the content of an email I sent to the manager: Getting right to the point, my wife and I had a nightmare stay at your hotel last Wednesday in room 117. We were coming off a 12 hour drive from Florida, and just wanted a clean, quiet room to get some much needed sleep. Here were the 4 issues we encountered: 1. The floor was sticky. That was pretty gross. 2. After showering, I opened up the bed to reveal a soiled fitted sheet, and a soiled mattress pad. Very gross. So my wife went to the front desk and was told there was no housekeeping available, and was provided with a fresh set of sheets. Unfortunately that turned out to be for a queen bed, and so she returned to the front desk and was provided with a NOT fresh set of king sheets. So we made the bed with these wrinkled sheets and I got dressed, and we slept on top of the bed fully clothed. Terrible. 3. There is black mold in the corners of the shower. Gross. 4. The refrigerator makes an unusual noise when it's running - which was annoying during the overnight. This experience has us deeply regret selecting to stay at your property.
