  This hotel definitely needs to be renovated. The floor smells like dog or cat pee. It’s absolutely horrible to try and sleep here. Shame on the GM to let this happen. I sure hope your home doesn’t smell like this. The only thing that you smell is urine in the carpet. It’s called a carpet cleaner, use it… The floors are stained and horribly smelly. The chair to the desk is so sustained that you wouldn’t even sit on it, burn it/throw it away. Hilton/Hampton you should be ashamed of yourself to let this happen. This is just not right. Just wrong.. I spend a lot of money, a diamond status member and no one deserves this. Absolutely no one.

  Chyiel, front desk attendant, was extremely helpful and attentive and really went out of her way to help secure a room when we drove through Texas late at night. Wasn’t thrilled with the room cleanliness and poor maintenance, but the service earned recognition.

  I have been a loyal frequent traveler to this hotel for several days each month for over 13 years. Whether it’s work or personal, Ms Sam and her staff always treats me and my family as a part of theirs. From Ms. Chelsea who always greets me with a warm welcome. To the housemen..Mr. Curtis and Mr. Doyle.. who always have a smile and kind word. From Tiffani the breakfast host who always wants to make sure you’re fed. To Galina who always makes sure that my stay was pleasant. To Sheyanne and Bresha who always makes sure that my room has everything that I need.. I have stayed at 4 or 5 stars around the world.. and still have never been treated better in all my travels on such a long term consistent basis. They even recently did something special for my son’s 18th birthday as they have watched him grow up as we have stayed here over the last 13 years or so. It’s the people that make the difference.. and this hotel and its staff are exceptional in every way!

  Never have we ever stayed in such a disgusting Hilton hotel! As the old saying goes, your maintenance is only as good as your management. The beds were uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The place smelled like sewer water. The toilet was dirty. No shower gel in the pump. The coffee maker in our room had open packages from previous guests. The room got hot at night. We also feel very sure that the employees are letting friends and family stay there. (Like living there) . Hilton needs to do an inspection of this place . We have always been able to count on a Hampton anywhere to accommodate us with a clean and comfortable nights sleep. This place was just awful.
