  My bedding was clearly not switched out before I checked in. Hairs and stains on the sheets. The front desk did give me new sheets to put on the bed myself. Front desk workers are friendly and helpful but housekeeping was not great. They did not replace my towels, toilet paper, or trash bags. The hot tub is also not hot. Bathroom was not clean and had stains in the shower/tub

  I dont like to give bad reviews, but this place was the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed out. Im glad other reviews mentioned check the sheets, because mine had hair, dirt, and nasty stains that were worse than urine stains. I went down and asked for other room, 1st time I have ever done this, and sheets for 2nd room looked cleaner, but didnt smell fresh. Plus there were smudges on nightstand like they weren't even wiped down and debris on floor a vacuum would have picked up. I can overlook old, but not discussing. Treadmill in gym didnt work either. On a plus side, person at front counter was friendly and breakfest was decent. Still, I'll pick another hotel next time im in Beaumont.

  4 times in a row now i have booked this hotels top room and 4 time in a row now i did not get the room that i book due to the incompetence of the people who work here and the horrible management here. i stay exclusively with hilton and i have never had such a horrible experience at any of the other locations like i have had the past times that i have stayed here i do not recommend this hotel at all as any problems that you in-counter will not be resolved in your favor they will most likely be ignored by the quite incompetent staff thats works here avoid this hotel at all cost you will just be disappointed and to top it all off the room that i did get had a broken tv.

  This hotel definitely needs to be renovated. The floor smells like dog or cat pee. It’s absolutely horrible to try and sleep here. Shame on the GM to let this happen. I sure hope your home doesn’t smell like this. The only thing that you smell is urine in the carpet. It’s called a carpet cleaner, use it… The floors are stained and horribly smelly. The chair to the desk is so sustained that you wouldn’t even sit on it, burn it/throw it away. Hilton/Hampton you should be ashamed of yourself to let this happen. This is just not right. Just wrong.. I spend a lot of money, a diamond status member and no one deserves this. Absolutely no one.

  Chyiel, front desk attendant, was extremely helpful and attentive and really went out of her way to help secure a room when we drove through Texas late at night. Wasn’t thrilled with the room cleanliness and poor maintenance, but the service earned recognition.
