    On the 30th of October at night, the coworkers front desk were very nice. So in the morning (31st) at 6, the coworkers front desk were very nice. So I was fixing my food, so I spoke (good morning and how are you?) to the lady who works in the kitchen. She said something under her breath. I know what I heard i saw - she was nervous, gave me a side-eye, and looked at me weirdly. I don't want to hear, 'Oh, she doesn't speak English.' I came down again to feed my other kids. She gave me a look and said something to the lady at the front desk, and the lady looked at me. I'm sorry to say that Port Arthur Home2's customer service was better than yours. Plus, it was my first stay at Home2 in Baytown. I don’t know to what to say !! I think her name Normani.. she have to do better.. The room was nice and clean

    The phone was down the entire time I stayed. I was trying to call the front desk or housekeeping for extra pillow one night then an extra towel 3 nights later. I even tried calling from my own cellphone.

    Everything was Great EXCEPT the breakfast. The “sandwiches” were ridiculous. Croissants looked and tasted like they were old and had been reheated 12 times, bacon was extremely thin and floppy and the day they had chicken it was pathetic. It was rubbery and flavorless. The lady who was making them was rude and acted insulted that the guest asked her for anything.

    Great location, but this hotel has maintenance issues. From my stays, I’ve found they have the LOUDEST A/C units. They obviously need to be worked on. There is an odor to the rooms. Missing towels and soap. You can report these things, but the front desk seems uninterested. You have other hotel options in the area. I would suggest staying elsewhere.
