Terrible customer service. Our company has booked with them twice, and during our second stay we were overcharged on the room pricing. When I called, I was told only Suzie, the general manager, could adjust the charges and that she was out, so I emailed her. Ten days passed with no response. When I called again, she offered nothing but excuses and said that if I wanted to speak to anyone above her, I’d have to contact corporate in Florida. To make matters worse, when I tried to book additional accommodations with Suzie (our 3rd stay), I was essentially told “take it or leave it.” No effort to fix the previous overcharge, no accountability, and no concern for a recurring customer. This is not how you run a hotel, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. She was extremely unprofessional.

Do you know why folks don't pull up under the canopy and bug the front desk anymore? Because we have the Hilton app with electronic keys. Oh, but what if the app won't open the back door, at night, rainy, hot or cold, always awful and you can't get in. So you and all your luggage schlepp to the side door... no response to the app. No green circle. So you trek from one end of the building to the other. Then the fun continues. Now you have to wait on hotel staff, show them your ID and credit card (but you've already checked in....) then get the cards you hope work and travel back to the center of the building to the elevator. I don't care who you have to call in to get that crap fixed, just do it. Then your room's bathroom fan doesn't work so that morning shower fills everything with steam. We'll call this high marks for consistency.... People pay a premium to stay at a Hilton/Hampton Inn property so they don't have to deal with things like this!

Property location is good. Needs a refresh, rooms are a bit dated and need repairs. Free breakfast is satisfactory. Plenty of parking. Good weekend rates.

Yes, this hotel is a bit dated, but the staff and cleanliness more than make up for it. We checked in late last night, and all the luggage carts had been left through the halls by other guests. Gladys checked cameras and located one on the 3rd floor and retrieved it for us while we were getting unloaded from the car. She went above & beyond, and we appreciate her!
