    I booked a reservation for Saturday July 18. I was excited to spend time with my family and booked with Hampton since we are Hilton honors member. Upon checking into the hotel, it was hot like the air wasnt working. Got to our room and it had a bad smell, room and shower were not cleaned properly, still dirt and grit lingering. To boot the pool was not in service. So many issues..im highly disappointed in this "Hilton" owned hotel. We canceled here and booked at the Holiday inn express and had a better experience there.

    The desk clerks always welcome us with a smile. There was a small issue this time but Alana was very helpful & gave us the contact information for the hospitality manager that is responsible for getting it squared away. Breakfast is always hot & coffee is always accessible.

    Pool was closed and green. No ahead notice given of closure. There were no sheets for sofa bed. When asked we received sheets and 1 pillow but no pillow cases. Because they ran out?! Only 2 towels given and no washcloths. When we asked they said were in dryer and they would send to us. When they brought towels again no washcloths. Crumbs under the sofa. I have never stayed at a Hampton that wasn’t great. So disappointed and we do visit this area about once a year. But we will never stay at the one in Bay City again.
