The breakfast and common area is casual elegant and relaxing. It is of course away from the center of Austin but this was not an issue for us. The place is easy to reach on wheels.

But our experience from your front desk today was very disappointing. This young lady who works at the desk by the name Bela was extremely rude and we felt that we weren’t welcomed and we were treated poorly. Her attitude and unfriendly we felt that we are bothering her for our few minutes interaction we had to check in to our room. Hope she will get some kind of customer service training, it is sad to see some workers ruined the reputation of this nice hotel.
