They said they have cameras but that are making us wait an until the next day to have someone to come to the office to attempt to get the footage for us. This is an urgent matter as this involved our company vehicle and no one seems to care to help. Very disappointed. Especially since we’re supposed to be staying here for 2 whole weeks.
- DCDavid CookSep 23, 20251.0While this isn’t the worst Homewood Suites I’ve stayed at that honor still belongs to the one in mobile AL, it’s still not worth the money to stay here. First issue the homeless situation in the area is so bad that there’s night security in the parking lot. Second issue is the condition of the rooms the bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling and rotten woodwork around the door. Third issue the ice maker in the refrigerator dispensed rusty looking ice. Fourth issue was the quality of the food I’ve had better breakfast at Hampton Inns and the coffee was absolutely terrible. Fifth and final issue was the attitude of the staff the Friday morning staff in the kitchen was far from friendly or helpful. There are better Hilton choices in Austin so I would avoid this one.
