  Cerca del aeropuerto. Suites amplias, muy confortables, completamente equipadas, nuevas y limpias. Personal amable y profesional. Las areas comunes son muy agradables. Desayuno escaso: a pesar de varios pedidos de los huespedes no repusieron items basicos faltantes, como bagels o queso crema. A diferencia de otros homewood suites, no habia disponible cafe y te por la tarde.

  The positives for this property were the location being so close to the airport, a new property so everything is in great condition etc, and friendly staff. There was really only one negative for us, but it was a major one. The water pressure in the shower (at the very least in the room that we stayed in) was so low that I struggled to wash my hair in the shower, and I've got very short hair. I don't see how it would have been possible for anybody with long hair to wash hair fully, and shampoo would certainly not have been rinsed out. A hotel where I can't easily shower is unfortunately a deal breaker. This isn't an actual problem with water pressure, as the sink faucets were perfectly normal. The shower has been fitted with such a severe water restrictor as to render it practically useless for it's function. I would only stay here again if I expected not to need the shower in the morning and knew I would be showering somewhere else that day

  Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. My only complaint was that since this property is so new, the floorplan isn't in the hilton honors app yet for check in. If you want to minimize roadway noise from Hwy 71 / Ben White Blvd outside the hotel, pick a room any floor, room x20 and above. Shout out to Christian at the front desk for helping me with two minor issues. He's a real asset to the team at this property. Hotel is only 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas and is a great option for a nearby property.

  A new hotel close to the Austin Airport, the property is well kept but no diamond member parking, they serve a nice hot breakfast that's typical of Hilton and serve until 10 am,the rooms are massive and super clean, they are still working out the kinks but the staff was very nice and inviting ALL SMILES! You are in a great location to either downtown or the airport, plenty of restaurants around! I will definitely come stay again
