Check-in was a fantastic experience thanks to Macie—she was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond. She asked thoughtful questions before we even got to the room to make sure everything would be perfect, which really set the tone for our stay. Later that evening, my kids and I were playing cards downstairs, and the tall gentleman at the front desk was so kind and friendly to them—it made them feel special and comfortable. My kids even invited him to play cards with them - lol. Short walk to the Domain which means the location is great. Excellent hospitality all around. We would absolutely stay here again

None of which were listed on the booking site. Would not recommend with deceptive pricing and mediocre rooms.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Perfect for kids. Yanet and Jessica did a great job keeping the room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was fine - the usual stuff. Waffles were great! Loved staying here and will definitely be back.
