- NBNeal Berkowitz6 days ago5.0Nice hotel that really caters to the business traveler who will be there a while. Rooms were real suites with plenty of room and sitting and a full mini kichen complete with dishes, glasses, and silverware. The bathroom had a walk in shower. The soap tray could have been larger, but that was very minor. More annoying was the limited sink area on the right hand side. Left side was large but my wife always takes the right and it was cramped. Oh yes, the door to the bathroom was a barn door style. Nothing wrond with it, I just found it interesting. The lounge/breakfast area was quite large and comfortable. A perfect place to have friends over. Note, the hotel is tucked away on a tiny residential street. Just be aware that it is not obvious just from driving around. There are two electric charging stations at the back of the garage. Garage parking was $35 but the car chargers were free. You have an ap that you have to sign in on, but there was no charge for the charging. It took us overnight to charge from 20% to a full charge.

Breakfast was good and hot. The hotel rooms were clean the lobby was also nice and clean. They do have garage parking for 35.00 but u also have an option of parking on the street. First come first serve. Only complaint I have is with the hotel being pet friendly it’s not any grass lol just weeds but hey my dogs took a potty anyways: thank u so much for the Amazon stay

The Breakfast was amazing with hot grill bar every morning. The hotel was so impressive that for this year's SXSW Edu conference we decided to book rooms at this Hotel. In addition to all of the impressions the Hotel had left on me, the management went out of their way to accommodate our group with an amazing rate. Looking forward to staying here March 8-12, 2026. P.S. Please heat the pool.

As of this writing, the hot water in the shower (something basic that any hotel much less Hilton should have working) is still not working. I have reached out to the front desk twice about this issue along with letting them know via text when replying back after check-in to a text they sent me let them know about the unacceptable experience I'm having. How does the faucet in the bathroom get warmer water than the shower? So thus far I have not been able to have a hot shower since I checked into the hotel this week. Completely unacceptable.
