- ASAshley StadlmanNov 7, 20252.0First, the rooms were great. One of the softest beds in a hotel I've ever slept in. However getting to the room- the person who checked me in was one of the rudest people I have ever had any customer service interactions with. Our flights got cancelled so we had to drive so we got there later than we intended and were ready to go to sleep. However, we had to wait over 20 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk. I was calling the office number trying to get someone to show up and when she came to the desk she picked up the phone and I hung up and apologized and told her that was me Ive been waiting just trying to get someone when she proceeds to say "Well im just one person." No apology for the wait, and was just extremely rude and hostile the entire time. I told her we called in earlier that day to spoke with someone (i did not get her name) but I tried to change my booking to only one night but was told we couldnt due to the type of booking we did, which was fine and she said she would comp our parking since we were now driving over 13 hours instead of flying like we initially thought. When I explained this to the woman checking us in she cuts me off and goes "Whos she who is this she you are speaking of", which i let her know i didnt receive her name but she said she left a note. I was very upset leaving that conversation but ready to get to the room. Rooms were great and clean. The shower was colder than my preference but overall okay. We left the next day and checked out without spending the other night there and just ate the cost.
- BCBlanca CruzOct 28, 20251.0If you are thinking on staying here please don't. At 2:20 am the fire alarm woke us. I suffer from insomnia. Very hard for me to go back to sleep once I am awake. I went next day and talk to Lawrence, the manager at the moment, I was explaining how inconvenience that was. All the time when I was explaining this and how after the fire alarm people kept talking and opening doors to get to their rooms; this person was laughing about the situation. He also stated that he cannot do anything about it. The first day we got there, TV was not working. They moved us to another room. The bathroom got clogged, the bathroom door was not working. We had to wait for the the maintenance worker to fix this. All this was very inconvenient. However, the manager didn't care much about it when I was explaining this, he seemed like he didn't care. We haven't had these issues before at a hotel. Why would a hotel test their fire alarms at 2:00 in the morning?
