We were hired to complete water heater troubleshooting at Home 2 Suites, completed and replaced part recommended by manufacturer. Additional codes populated upon repair, came out under our company warranty for additional diagnostic testing. Manager Adam Lopez, was rude to our staff, he would walk away while we were talking to him, leave while our technicians were working without additional contact for us to communicate with. I would not stay at this establishment if it was free! Manager was difficult to work with and absent!

When we walked in there was a musty smell. It wasn't so bad that it was annoying. The bed however was nor what we asked for, we Queen bed and got a room with like a super single bed with a fold out couch. We were told that there was a Queen and that's all they had left, and that they could give us the linens for the couch and we could sleep there. ARE YOU FRIGGING KIDDING ME!?! Have you ever slept on a couch bed!?!? I would rather sleep on a bed of Lava rock! It would be more comfortable. And for the price we paid?!?! Unfreaking believable!!! We will never stay at this establishment ever again! Even if every other option is unattainable. I will sleep in my car before throwing my hard earned money away at this Hilton owned/affiliated property!

Matthew at the front desk was very accommodating and told us about the area and all the sports activities that were going on. We were trying to figure out why everybody was sold out. Highly recommend Home2 and a great value for the money.

My girlfriend and I had a room there recently and we saw their manager during breakfast take a plate from someone who possibly stay there or not I'm not sure but his pregnant girlfriend was waiting outside and the manager just yanked the plate out of his hand in front of the whole lobby full of gest. Taking food from anyone is a sin.

I stayed over last weekend and at first it was okay, i walked in my room and it stank the floors where damp but at fiest we didnt care cuz the smell wasnt strong and we were barely on the room that day. But then i come the next day and it stinks even worst. The pool is really dirty . And to top it all a guy came in bleeding so much it looked like he was stabbed or something hes whole shirt was bleeding even the lady at the front desk was scared. I have kids. Luckily none of them saw that scene or it would have been traumatizing. I do not recommend this location at all! This was a horrible experience and we left there scared that something was gonna happen. And this guy ... guess what... he is an actual guest staying over as well.. we were scared that whoever stabbed him was gonna come for more or that the guy was gonna go nuts and do something he seemed really drunk as well. Hilton is no help..u tell them this and all they do is say srry and throw points at u like what happened wasnt bad...
