This holiday inn didn’t have hot water at all for my stay. They didn’t warn us prior to check in or at check in. When I went to the front desk the only concession they offered was points. Sorry, that’s a fail. I am sure the hot water issue was temporary but to not notify prior to or at check in is not a good way to do business.
