My family and I were visiting in Austin in December 2025 and we decided to book our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park. There is an outdoor pool and a restaurant which we did not use. There is a TV with streaming movies which we did use. There is a decent fitness center with elliptical, Peloton, treadmills and dumbells which we also used. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds and very comfy pillows. There are soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There is easy to use climate control. The one main aspect of our stay in Hilton Garden Inn that made us feel most welcomed is the friendliness of the staff. The supervisor, Neo, went over and above our expectations. She was friendly and personable. If we asked her for recommendations on where to eat and things to do, she gave us many suggestions. We talked a lot with her and we felt that she was really trying to help us enjoy our stay in Austin and Texas in general. When we left the hotel to go out, she asked us where we planned to go. Upon return, she asked how our evening went. She was the best part of our stay in Austin. ● Buffet restaurant in lobby costs extra ● Checkout is 12PM ● Housekeeping is done every other day, unless requested.

I started staying at this location because it was cozier than the Hyatt. I usually travel to the area for work once a month/two months. Unfortunately, they have now started charging for parking. There’s nothing special about the parking lot, it’s not gated or anything. I’ll be going back to the Hyatt as it’s closer to my office AND has free parking.

why does Markham at Lakeline have any relation to this hotel... Why is the leasing office having people meet up in hotel rooms to sign contracts... contracts that have nothing to do with leasing an apartment itself.... why does this hotel have any affiliation with Markham at Lakeline? this is a huge privacy concern.. besides that the hotel is beautiful and accommodating, the staff is marvelous. but there is sketchy behavior choreographed and planned out that is associated with to this hotel at it is the location to drop off paper work- you're given a room number to show up to.. after theresa the leasing manager tells you you have to show up to drop off the final contract... the contract has nothing to do with housing or real estate... there is also loitering and you have to pay to park here for safety reasons.. so what the heck.. always having trouble around the hotel when this green jeep sits in the parking lot everyday whether it be a few hours or all day long. GET DUCKED... there's something off since the contracts were not signed and filled out... i've been having trouble with housing myself while my ex is living the life... that neighbor hood created a wedge between my boyfriend at the time and i believe it started with these contracts.. sketchy!
