- NFNunzio Farquar6 days ago1.0Setup a reservation for 11/21-11/22 with no problems. Wanted to add an additional reservation on 11/24-11/25. During the creation of the reservation, an American Express offer came up offering $100 off the reservation if I charged at least one purchase in the next few months. The total minus $100 was listed. When I attempted to get the reservation finalized, it gave an error. I called Hilton and they said it didn't apply to this property. My question is WHY LIST IT ON THE WEBSITE THEN? I canceled BOTH reservations and got reservations at a competitor's hotel. I also canceled the card (AMEX). This bait and switch stuff HAS TO STOP.

However we rented a ballroom and many things went wrong. Room was not ready. And after talking to the event manager no compassions where offert but instead more payment was asked for the room to be extended for more space when promised the entire room. Also we had to remove tables ourselves but again bradon was very helpful and i hope he will be recognized by hilton

Answered all questions and recommended several restaurants and activities. We came back in to check in and Brandon had taken Mary's place. He was awesome also. We put our stuff up in the room came back down and sat at the bar and met Karen. "She's a Good Karen". She is a hoot and also makes one of the best margaritas in town. Great staff. Highly recommend this North Austin Hotel to anyone traveling or just needing a place to escape.

Very quiet and chill easy check in and check out. I forget her name started with letter N but she made our experience amazing this hotel will definitely our new spot.

He was able to provide us with all of our choices for breakfast, and he was helpful in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rest of the staff were amazing!!
