Overall a good experience. From the moment we got there the staff was friendly. The room was clean, everything worked as it should in the room. Great experience from beginning to end. It was so refreshing coming from Hilton Palacio del rio. It was terrible. They have a sewer smell. We had 2 rooms in 2 days. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Management doesn’t care about their customers there. So it was nice walking into a a room that doesn’t smell like sewage. Come enjoy yourself here. Worth every penny.

Harry our car park valet at the Hilton Garden Inn in Austin was super helpful. Suffice to say we had a unique situation going and Harry helped make it all go smooth. Thanks again!

I have been trying for weeks to get a refund for a system issue. I have called multiple times and am being told that the valet manager is going to process my refund and it would take 3-7 business days. Its been well over a month and still not refunded. I tried to call and keep being immediately put back on hold and transferred, the line eventually hangs up.
