Great experience from beginning to end. It was so refreshing coming from Hilton Palacio del rio. It was terrible. They have a sewer smell. We had 2 rooms in 2 days. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Management doesn’t care about their customers there. So it was nice walking into a a room that doesn’t smell like sewage. Come enjoy yourself here. Worth every penny.

I have called multiple times and am being told that the valet manager is going to process my refund and it would take 3-7 business days. Its been well over a month and still not refunded. I tried to call and keep being immediately put back on hold and transferred, the line eventually hangs up.
