Our cat escaped his carrier outside while we were here and while I was searching around the perimeter they found him and came to get me. I appreciate it so much and they deserve huge kudos for being so kind and understanding! The hotel itself is great as well! Clean, comfortable beds and reasonable price. Overall an excellent experience and another huge thanks to the staff.

I telephoned the front desk and within seconds, the operator returned to say that it wasn’t located. It’s unfortunate that I left it behind, however, it’s equally unfortunate that the staff would lie about something so serious.
