I was staying here about once a month for work, and I have to say, Hilton Garden Hotels are underrated. The rooms are always nice and clean, and comfortable. This location specifically shines when it comes to service. Steven and the older woman with the dyed red hair (I apologize for forgetting her name) are incredibly polite and kind. Steven is always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate guests without being asked. Their breakfast, the most important meal of the day, is fantastic. The bacon is always crisp and the eggs are perfect. The big guy behind the griddle should have no problem making his future wife breakfast. The attendants are watchful and always ready to offer coffee when you walk in (don’t forget to tip them). There is a small gym with a good variety of weights and cold water. If I had to dig deep and look for a complaint, it would probably be that the pool is over chlorinated. But, let’s be honest, we all know public pools are 25% children’s pee. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. The room was clean and pretty spacious for a double queen. All the other facilities (pool, fitness center, common areas) were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Rhonda and Stephen, were incredibly helpful and understanding when my bag was delayed from my flight and needed to be delivered to the hotel early in the morning during the first night of my stay. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed in the interim. Although this hotel was a little far from downtown Austin, I would 100% stay here again for the price and service.

The lobby was nice looking. Breakfast is not free but is available, about $15 per person. Restaurant staff was excellent! This location does serve alcohol and wine. One lady in the front desk was not as friendly and the older gentleman that came after her shift. He was awesome in manners and respectful. Location is hidden behind restaurants.

Rhonda was extremely unprofessional… I asked “If they allow early check ins” she immediately got extremely hostile with me. When I told her i understood it was a stressful weekend I just was asking because some hotels do not allow early check ins. She said the problem with people is that they think rooms are always ready to go and they’re not. They need to be cleaned and everything. I told her I understand I was just trying to ask if they did allow them. I didn’t mean to confuse her and she very sternly said no you’re the one that’s confused thinking that we always have rooms available. Just so incredibly rude for no reason. I’m for sure canceling my reservation which is sad because I love Hilton.
