See photo caption for a less whiny but more fun review. They gave as a room with dirty sheets, then a badly mildewed room, then a room that would have been fine until the alarm clock, whose display turned off when we unplugged it, went off at 630am even though it was unplugged, like a trick candle on a birthday cake. Please remove these from the rooms and make them available upon request for guests without charging cables (there are USB-A receptacles in the room 👍).

I called twice and spoke to Andrea (10/28 and again at 7am on 10/29) to confirm I could check in early since I was traveling over an hour for a medical board exam, which I told her over the phone (remember this). Both times I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and to come after 10:30am When I arrived at 10:45, Andrea said the room wasn’t ready and asked me to return in 30 minutes. I came back at 11:20 and was told it still wasn’t clean and to give them another 30-45minutes. While waiting, a female manager came out and was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me, “We don’t do early check-ins, not sure why you keep asking us to do that.Either pay $50 or come back later” even though I had called ahead and been told otherwise. I agreed to pay the $50 since I had been waiting almost 2hrs for a room I was told was going to be ready when I arrived, but Andrea then quoted me $290 for a room I had reserved for $80.When I asked why the price had tripled she told me it was the $50 fee. Guess I'm bad at math because last time I checked 80 + 50 doesn't equal $290. I said "ill just come back at check in" I decided to leave instead of paying triple the price for poor treatment. I booked a nicer hotel a few miles away and was able to get an early check in for cheaper price. Later that day, I received several missed calls and voicemails from a local testing center. When I returned the call, the staff there informed me that this hotel had contacted them and told them to “up security” because I was supposedly “rude, combative, and violently threatening their staff and made everyone feel unsafe", which lobby security footage would prove that to be completely false.I was calm and friendly to the staff even when It was 2hours of my time wasted. I was also told I was “no longer welcome at their facility and police would be called if I returned".The hotel themselves never called to inform me to not return or that they had canceled by reservation They had a receptionist at a test center be the middle man for their dirty work. All because I was waiting around for a room I was told would be ready??? The shocking part? THIS WAS NOT EVEN THE TESTING CENTER I WAS TESTING AT. That means the hotel’s management gave my FULL NAME, NUMBER, and HOME ADDRESS to complete strangers WITHOUT MY CONSENT (confirmed by testing center staff that the manager provided this info to them) Im pretty sure thats a major breech in privacy and who knows what they did my credit card information they have when I made the initially booking online. I was able to get everything cleared up with the test center and was able to take my test without issues. The fact that they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make up a story and share my personal information is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please give them more task to do, they clearly have too much free time to be this petty. The staff and management here are petty and vindictive, and I genuinely don’t understand why they felt the need to try to get me in trouble over a situation they themselves escalated. Do you know how stupid this all sounds?? called to sabotage me because I was trying to check in a few hours early so I could study?? It wasnt that serious until they made it serious. This was the WORST experiences I’ve ever had with any hotel. I was treated disrespectfully, lied about, and had my private information shared without permission. Don't book at the Hilton, they will call your job and try to get you fired if you do anything the may slightly inconvenience them.

The hotel does not meet the usual quality standards expected from Hilton. The pool is located in an awkward spot—guests checking in can easily see people swimming, which feels uncomfortable. The staff were unprofessional, even eating food while checking me in. Breakfast was not included in the stay.
