The gentleman who checked us in at night was really nice. The room was clean, and everything felt nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were affordable but no breakfast included, and no complementary 24/7 coffee is offered either. Only during breakfast hours. Stayed here for 7 days and bought breakfast one day, eggs were watery and tasteless. Went to nearby breakfast cafes for rest of days. They also have dinner and a bar but they would close before their time mentioned and or didn’t open at all. They opened like 2days out of the 7 days I stayed. Looking for an affordable stay? I recommend only for that reason.

Very cheap for what it is, but you also get what you pay for. Bed is a rock, the sofabed is just air till you hit the wooden frame. The fridge did not work (it froze all the food) and some of the towels were hopefully stained. I'd say it beats roadside motels, but I've stayed in nicer econolodges. It's okay for an overnight stay if its along your trip route, but don't stay here for a vacation or business stay. Housekeeping was able to get me clean towels, but this is the third hilton chain hotel that has a complete failure maintenance at a management level. As a field service engineer, I know the actual maintenance guy is not at fault here, he can only do what hes allowed. The hotel did not have a means to correct something as simple as a broken mini fridge. Firstly, I was told maintenance would be sent right away. I had stuff I needed to do and told them if he wasn't going to be there immediately, they had permission to enter the room without my presence. Front desk assured me he would be up in a few minutes. Maintenance was not sent for almost 2 hours. I knew this would be the case after I walked away from the front desk and saw them go back to what they were doing without calling maintenance. Not the first hilton hotel to do this either. Finally after 2 hours, he came to the room and just unplugged it and left, with no other solutions he could offer (once again not his fault, hes at the mercy of his management). No cold spares, no spare room offered, and not even compensation for the food that was ruined by being frozen. This is the third time hilton hotels were inadequately prepared for any kind of maintenance related task, thankfully this time it was a broken fridge and not a broken door lock. (which had me locked out of my room for 3 hours) This will be my last time staying in a hilton hotel, This time happened to be leisure, but I travel a lot for business and I can not afford the risk of these kinds of headaches when on business travel (the room lockout was on business and I couldn't get to work or notify them with my keys and phone locked in the room), as every maintenance related issue has been a nightmare.

Front desk staff was friendly. Room was busted. Very little light with only two lamps. No bathroom ventilation and so ceiling was peeling and there was possibly mold. Toilet paper holder is hidden under sink vanity and limited towels. Room was not serviced unless requested and I had to retrieve my own towels from the front desk. Carpet is dingy. The room was charged for bottled water I didn’t drink. This seems to be common in other reviews. The front lobby looks nice but definitely didn’t have that appearance in the room. The elevators may need servicing as each time I rode in it, I wondered if it would crash or if the doors would open. Again the best part were the front desk staff. They even deserve to work in a better quality environment.

Nice room, but reservation was messed up. Reserved 2 beds, got 1 king bed with no other rooms available... needed the 2 beds! Not sure the AC was working properly either! It was the 1st time I didn't sleep with covers in a hotel.
