We booked this hotel due to it being close to a meeting we had that afternoon. We asked for an early check in to iron clothing and they most definitely obliged! Jacoby at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and accommodating, he even helped me print important documents out while also assisting new guests checking in. He was so informative and friendly, 50 stars to him! Your valet team, WOW, some of the most outstanding gentlemen we have ever met! They were so eager to help us and accommodate our needs, didn't take more than 3 minutes to retrieve our car when we needed it! Jordan and Ricky and the rest of the team were so sweet and helpful! The staff here would be the reason we returned being Hilton Honors Members for 24 years now! Lucia and the chef upstairs made incredible wings and served us prosecco and a Stella while we waited for our food. We enjoyed her energy and attentiveness, as well as the chef being so friendly! Great place to stay! Mind you that valet is the only way to park in the garage below and it is $67ish dollars for 8+ hours or more but we'll worth it! Highly recommend!

Very average hotel. Stayed here 3 days and noticed the following: 2 out of 4 elevators were broken and thus working slowly for the ones that were operational. The digital screens showing the current floor in the elevator are missing pixels so the numbers don't show completely or sometimes they don't even show the correct floor. AC does not get very cold in the rooms. Bath towel replaced on one day was heavily stained. Refrigerated drinks in the lobby market are not that cold. Hot water in the shower was not working one morning. Sofa arm looked like it had cigarette burn stains. Old hotel and rooms are a bit musty. Would not recommend. This hotel is in need of an overhaul. Clean and modernize.

Avoid at all costs. Ive stayed at many Hiltons before but this one was sub par. May as well book a cheap motel because thats what it felt like. You can tell the moment you step foot inside that the stay will be miserable. The place smells of mold. They appeared to be fixing the ceiling or something on our floor because the pannels were out outside our room but there was no one there working on it. The staff doesnt seem to know whats going on. Ever. Anytime you ask for help, it gets deferred or a weak apology is given. Our room was only cleaned on the first day. We asked for housekeeping but they never came two days in a row. The phones to call downstairs dont work and we cant easily get up or down because only one elevator worked!! We heard some guests even got stuck in one - how traumatizing. I had to wait 15 mins to go downstairs to ask for towels and wait another 15 to go back up. No one wants these inconveniences while on a holiday. Very weary to ever stay at a hilton again. They should probably shut this one down seeing that theres a bigger and (hopefully) better one a few blocks away. I cant wait to leave.

Only one elevator working for all 18+ floors of the building. One valet driver resulting in upwards of 20 minutes to get your vehicle (the valet is mandatory). Room despite being smoke free smells of smoke. Location is distant from downtown resulting in requiring Uber to get most locations. Room is dingy, for lack of a better word. Bathroom is extremely small, cracks in the roof are poorly mudded. Bedding is light, not much to it. Highly recommend staying anywhere else. EDIT: updating reviews with photos of the falling apart bathroom and view. I forgot to add the price of the valet is absolutely absurd at $69 a day. Factor that in when you're choosing to stay somewhere. After receiving a copy and paste response to this review, I can assure you it's clear the issues are not being addressed. Researching previous reviews it appears they've only had one out of four elevators working for upwards of 9 months. It's often a 5 minute wait for the elevator.

This has been the single worst travel booking experience I've ever had. I was unable to attend my trip to this hotel due to illness, which was covered in the refund protection I purchased. The hotel fraudulently claimed that I checked in for my reservation when I wasn't even in the state. This has caused not only a denial of my refund, but hours upon hours of unnecessary communication on my end including trying to get in touch with a manager who seems to always be "out of office" and does not call back. Would never book here again. Had to come back to update this after another week of promises from concierges that I will get a call back with zero effort from managers to remedy the situation. I used to consider this a good hotel chain but will be avoiding it, at least in this region.
