    Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel due to bugs in the bed. When I went to the front desk to return my key and report the issue, the staff showed no surprise, asked no questions, and did not offer any apology, which made it feel like this was a known problem. I ended my stay immediately. I requested a refund and ultimately received it through Expedia, not directly from the hotel. Overall, the lack of concern and response from staff was just as disappointing as the issue itself. I would not stay here again.

    I am such an easy going person but this hotel really disappointed me and that’s why I am writing this review. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!! 1) we get there and they ONLY have valet parking and you have to trust them and just leave your car and they said we’ll send you a text that you can request your car again via that link which I didn’t get that text first time and had to go back downstairs again after check in to ask them to send me that text again. 2) There was no suitcase cart and we had to carry everything in the hotel 3) we get there to check in and the front desk person was not welcoming at all just gave us the key and said you’re floor 17. I am a hilton honor gold member and ALWAYS all the hotels I stay they ask how I would like to redeem my points to get credit and spend it at the hotel store or just get points but they did not ask me. 4) We get to the room and I noticed our room stinks, it smelled like dead air in there but after we turned on the AC, it got better. 5) Next day I go downstairs to get some coffee and coffee machine is broken and there is no coffee beans in there only decaf. ( see attached for a picture). I checked back again and every day their coffee maker machine had no coffee beans and it was broken. 6) during my whole 4 days stay, ONLY the left elevator was working and since everyone was using that elevator it was stopping at EVERY SINGLE FLOOR!!! 😤 expect you spend at least 10 minutes only in elevator or waiting to get on an elevator. 7) Second night in our stay, fan broke and AC was not working in our room and it was making a very loud noise. We suffered through that night and I wanted to see through the vent and see what’s going on if we’re still getting cold air and I noticed that vent was completely DIRTY AND DUSTY. 🤮(See attached). I was breathing that air!!!😤 8) I call them to switch my room since AC was not working and they said they can switch my room. I give them point for this and the lady who was working there (older lady African American) was nice and friendly and she switched our room. 9) I go to fill up my stanley cup from water fountain and it was showing it’s time to change the water filter but they have not changed it yet and water pressure was so low that it took me 3 minutes to fill up my stanley cup. 10) LAST & WORST part, I check out and I notice they charged me $201.48 for parking for ONLY 3 NIGHTS!!! Also they expect tip every single time you request your car so with all the tips they charged me about $230 for 3 nights!!😡😡😡 Conclusion? I would NEVER ever go back to this hotel and avoid it at all costs!!!

    Do NOT order any extras to your stay. They "cannot" do anything if you pay for a service they refuse to provide. Stayed New Year's Eve into New Year's Day. Paid for breakfast with room. Their ONE cook called in sick so no breakfast no refund! Rip off!!!! Rooms were clean, guest services unhelpful sparsely staffed. Next to highway, but also nice walkable steets. Expensive parking valet only. 3 of 4 elevators broken and need full reconstruction. Only working 18 floor elevator never announced floor you were on inside. Live near Austin, will not stay here again.

    Sad to give one start because the front desk staff was very nice, but after being publicly barated by the staff while trying to get breakfast I have no choice. We are diamond members and we're given a breakfast voucher and a $20 credit, when we went to breakfast we were told that we can only get the yogurt or the kids platter. We tried to explain our benefits but the staff wouldn't even let us talk, started laughing at us, the chef was putting his hands in our faces going "look at me, I'm talking to you", interrupting us mid sentence. He was loud so that other people could hear. We were polite and just trying to explain and they wouldn't even let us talk and we're very aggressive and disrespectful. It's clear the staff doesn't know how their own policy works and does care about how they treat guests. We have it on video. We didn't get any of our perks for diamond status. There was a broken finger nail in one of the beds, seems they don't even change the bed sheets...

    Terrible. I have been a Hilton Honors Diamond Member for 10 years and stay at Hilton hotels exclusively. This was by far the worst Hilton hotel I've stayed at. Upon checkin, none of the type of rooms I reserved were available, and according to the front desk clerk it was because none of them had been cleaned. So we had to stay in a lesser room that night and move to the correct room the next day. The first room we stayed in had no hot water and the phone didn't work. There was trash overflowing from the trashcan at the entrance to the hotel, so much that the front desk clerk laughed and said she took a picture of it. The towels in the rooms were a dingy yellow color and there were no trashcan liners in any of the cans. Only one of the four elevators was working so this made it a huge inconvenience to get to and from our room while competing with everyone else staying there. The AC was not blowing cool air in our room and my wife inquired about it. She was lied to and told that during winter time they only run heat in the hotel. But as soon as we exit the room the hallway was at least 20 degrees cooler. The location was great for what we wanted to do in Austin, but everything else about this hotel was aweful. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I hated.
