Even worse, the hotel staff didn't ask me if I needed on-site parking or not when I checked in, they simply charged it to my card without asking and I didn't find out until checking out. They refused to refund the charge. Pretty absurd to charge for parking when they have a gigantic motel-style parking lot.

We called ahead to confirm availability for a rollaway bed and the hotel staff confirmed we had a pull out sofa for our room. They confirmed. When we arrived at 2:30 am they gave us the room key. We got there and realized they're was only one bed, no rollaway. We went back to the desk and they said the room we paid for wasn't the right class for another bed. Will, the guy at the front desk, said he would do nothing unless we booked an additional room. We asked if we could pay the difference or if there was anything he could do. He refused to help. Given we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours we were forced to buy another room.
