I have noticed that the Indian house keepers don’t change the bedsheets, they just reuse the same ones they’ve had all week. They knock and open half a second later, I wasn’t even out of bed by the time he barged in! And please speak to them about hygiene, my room reeks after they come in to clean. It’s very unpleasant and it gives me a headache.

The view from the top floor is beautiful (love those upgrades)! Drinks at the bar are good and so was the service. The burnt ends Mac was delicious! There's a taco truck down the street with great tacos that was open late which was perfect after we left the concert that's was at the Paramount Theater which was in walking distance. Perfect hotel for a quick getaway! And it's pet friendly!

We needed a space to work on a new tv series & she found us a private room in the Austin Taco Project… she was delightful & accommodating & how refreshing in this world we’re in ❤️❤️we will be back. While I was waiting in line to the Starbucks a Hilton security guard had to come up and harass me act crazy and threaten to call the cops because I was standing like Normal waiting and in line to get a limited exclusive Starbucks release, the guard went and lied to the female manager, the manager made no sense nor the security guard and refused to let me have my Hilton hotel room. No sign was posted that I could not wait early like everyone else who came early the day before opening and got the exclusive but for some reason only attacked, harassed and blocked a hotel room by a Hilton honors member, myself. This Irrational unprofessional and delusional behavior is not what their job position states and this is negligence on Hilton and the security company for not training and allowing this- I highly recommend the management watch the cameras and fire the guard and manager immediately to avoid being sued for negligence and more for their liabilities they create. No hilton nor guard has ever behaved like this and this is not how you run a hotel nor how you treat paying guests at a hotel. Many people complain about this location and go through employees & now I see why -no one would want to work or stay around delusional problems like this.Hilton honors members and owners circle should never be treated like this it’s against the policy’s and laws. The ignorance witnessed is inexcusable and the staff has zero communication and reasoning skills they are not eligible for the job they collect a paycheck for, thus they attack customers and block money and ruin business. WHAT A JOKE. I did get my exclusive Starbucks cup with the money I spent on the hotel that I got back… life works out to good people who shouldn’t be harassed and I thank the crazy staff who saved me money not staying at this dump of staff hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Austin from October 11–13 and have now been charged twice for the same stay. During check-in, the front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive until a manager stepped in and confirmed that payment had already been made. I understood the team was busy at the time, so I let the poor service slide — but being double charged nearly a month later is unacceptable.
I’ve contacted the hotel directly to resolve this, and the response from staff over the phone has been unprofessional and unhelpful. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and the duplicate charge refunded without delay. This experience is extremely disappointing coming from a Hilton property, and I hope management takes accountability and corrects this promptly.
