Great location with excellent customer service. We were greeted as soon as we entered and the staff continued to be great all thru the week. Lobby area is modern with a bar area (swipe card} access as well as 24/7 coffee. There is a nice little buffet breakfast in the morning as well. Rooms were updated and clean and had a great selection of TV channels and a nice little desk with coffee area. Hotel is minutes walk from Texas State, the Museum and the music district. Also in close proximity is a great selection of food and drink restaurants. There is a pool area on floor 5 that we used and was a nice relax area to unwind. Would gladly stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times since August 2025 …why? #1 Location to UT Austin can be walking distance or 3-5 minute drive …#2…Full Breakfast…very good…#3. Nice Gym…#4…The bedroom was very clean, love hot shower and noise level was quite at night but do expect most hotels there are folks who come for conferences and wake up for breakfast so you will hear conversations, doors closing around 7-8 am…and the Staff from front desk to breakfast area has always been very nice, polite and helpful. I will be back soon. Belinda

My fiance and I stayed here for a concert at the moody center and they went above and beyond for perfect service. Rose at the front desk is incredibly sweet and very helpful! Rooms are clean and up-to-date, parking is easy, breakfast was delicious, and all other amenities were amazing. We want to thank Rose and all other amazing staff for the wonderful experience!
