- JMJean MDec 26, 20252.0The room was clean and nice but the one important factor of the room was horrible! The mattress was horrible. Lumpy, hard which made it very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. When I checked out the next morning the receptionist told I coukd have gotten another mattress pad. HA I explained to her it was after 8pm I had been driving all day. I was exhausted and why should it have been my responsibility to take care of it. She never offered me a discount but said they would look into it. I'm sure they ignored reports of that mattress before because why would she have tried to cover it up with saying I could've gotten a mattress pad as a solution. I told her they needed to replace it. It's that bad! This was Christmas eve. Not good at any rate.

They are either not the usual Hampton mattresses or they are in desperate need of replacement. 3rd floor dryer is a fire hazard, it has no Bering’s left in it, it’s rolling metal on metal and is LOUD. Thermostats also need replacing, our room worked off and on but thankfully it wasn’t hot out so it was fine. One in laundry room/ ice vending doesn’t even work therefore it’s very very warm in there. Otherwise was great, just missed the Hampton standards we are used to.
