Although it’s tucked away so you don’t get the deafening sound of highway traffic so that’s good. However, our charges went from $320-about $500 which completely wrecked our budget. I expect a deposit but they charge a DAILY deposit. We booked for 3 nights and we got charged a daily deposit for our stay. It didn’t say that anywhere on the booking page. Or on our statement. It’s one thing to get charged a single deposit for your entire stay but to be charged that TIMES THREE is completely absurd. I just stayed at a Hampton last month for 3 nights and was only charged one deposit. We’re not pets… why three deposits for ONE stay? And it’s not like it’s a super expensive, upscale hotel. It’s pretty dingy and my first impression was how stuffy our room was and that it smelled like a grandma’s old house. So… hopefully our trip is fun because now we can only afford the free breakfast here. We would’ve been more prepared had they mentioned that prior.

I spend 8 mo/yr in hotels and in my humble opinion, she is among the very best innkeepers. After a weary day, worn down by work and travel, it meant A LOT to be greeted so warmly and with such affability. So much that me and my crew still think of her!!! Im sure your experience will be similar. 😊
