- NMNatali M.Nov 16, 20253.0I just wanted to express how disappointed I was with your front desk girl named Chelsea. Svea and housekeepers were super sweet and helpful when I checked in and during my stay. However, once it was time to check out, it got worse. I was working in the area on day and night shift. I arrived back to the room around 2 a.m. Friday, beyond exhausted, and reached out to the front desk for a late check out. CHELSEA didn’t even acknowledge me when I arrived at the hotel; she was too busy on her phone. So I decided to reach out on the app chat. I asked her for a late check out (which is a Silver status benefit), and she automatically told me no because the hotel was fully booked. I knew that was a lie because I had looked online through the website and app and saw plenty of availability, which I expressed to her. And she responded with a snarky response and told me the hotel was fully booked with late checkouts and extended stays. I had no choice but to leave at 11am, and to my surprise the invoice reflected my check out time at 1: 31 pm which is redundant given the response I got from Chelsea. Hilton is always my first choice when traveling with the military and work this experience was a total disappointment.

Lawrence texted us throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. The complimentary breakfast was very yummy and there were a variety of options. The room was very nice and they left cute towel swans that were a bride and groom! Amazing service! We felt very taken care of.

Quiet rooms, it feels like you’re the only guest here which has comfy beds and the kitchen is well appointed. There are many outlets for tech located in the room, and through the hotel. Breakfast has many options to choose from including make your own waffle station. The pool is very nice too, and clean! We plan to stay here again!
