Slightly dated hilton compared to others that I’ve stayed in. Room could definitely use some work as there was large amounts of mold along the ceiling and caulking in the bathroom. There was also an odd smell upon walking into the room. There is no bathroom fan so it makes sense as all moisture is trapped. Great location, but would likely go to one of the other hotels in the area.

They would not let me stay in the room that I had chosen online, even though it wasn’t reserved. Stated it had not been cleaned but even an hr later it still wasn’t ready. They put me in their “pick” 320. Later in the week, my room was accessed even though there was a do not disturb sign on my door, and most of my belongings, all of my “hidden” jewelry, and multiple credit cards were stolen from my room. Hotel stated that they did not have cameras in their hallways. I feel that because of the bad check in and the fact that the front desk clerk (Kenzie) insisted that I stay in room 320, instead of the room that I had chosen on floor 2, that I was targeted and that the burglary was personal, toward me!!! I just pray that my IDs that were taken and my jewelry that was taken, could somehow be turned into police. These pieces hold high sentimental value to me. !!!!

The room was actually cold, not humid or sticky. There were also no odors in the room! It was also quiet! My husband and I woke up saying “this is the best hotel sleep we’ve had in a very long time”. (We’re at hotels all across the USA on a monthly basis). The HEB has a gas station which is walking distance. Would stay again & would recommend :)
