As an Embassy Suites fan, this stay was disappointing. I was here for one night for a work trip. Starting off, the parking garage felt sketchy and the elevators did not work, so I lugged my bags down four stories of stairs. Diamond at the front desk was kind and approachable. Luckily, the $50 parking (y’all, that’s a lot - the other hotel parking garages were less expensive and this one was not 5 stars) was comped because the garage elevators did not work.
The room was the real disappointment. The door of my room was warped and didn’t shut perfectly, though the top latch worked fine. The pillows were lumpy and had zero fluff. The bed was old and rickety - every time I shifted or turned in my sleep, I heard the springs. And in the closet, a man’s shirt was still hanging, which made me wonder how thorough the cleaning was.
With a little upkeep, this hotel will return to better days. It just felt neglected. The plants in the lobby were dying. The elevator felt really old. And my door didn’t shut and lock completely, which was concerning.
I will continue to stay at Embassy Suites, but this stay wasn’t my favorite.
After spending six nights here you would expect at least some help retrieving my lost and found item. After weeks of calling, filing reports, getting the runaround, STILL NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL OR ANYTHING. FINALLY I reached a manager who told me my item is no longer there. So where is it???? What kind of hotel is it!!!!!! Absolutely an embarrassment of an establishment NOT TO MENTION PUBIC HAIRS ALL OVER THE RESTROOM!!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY HERE
I had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites! The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the property itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious.
Diamond at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. Stacey is absolutely delightful—so sweet, friendly, and exceptionally skilled. She and Jose were both great and made the most delicious omelettes.
Highly recommend staying here!

Being a loyal Hilton honors member who cares about brand loyalty, I chose to stay at this hotel as a federal employee during the longest government shutdown in history not knowing when I would be paid. That was a mistake.
This is such a nice hotel and location. Too bad the staff that run it run far short. No one at the front desk (primarily Amanda) greeted anyone as they entered or exited. The only interactions you got each time was the annoying promo guy trying to sell you a timeshare.
I have never stayed at any hotel that charged you an early check in fee when a room is available. That is ridiculous. Amanda, one again, checked me in and loved to use the phrase “We don’t do that here”.
When I went to get “My Way hotel benefits” I was told, once again l by Amanda, we don’t do that here. I opted for 2 sodas, 2 candy bars, and 1 sweet treat. She gave he a bag of 2 water bottles and some gross colors and popcorn with about 2-3 bites in each. When asked about the benefits she scoffed at me and told me they don’t do that.
After checking in Chante texted me thanking for my diamond status and asking how things were going. I responded…… no response. Chante texted me once again to rate the hotel on the second day and I gave it a 1. Once again, no response. Why waste your time with an animated “we care” process you do not care to respond to.
All around very unprofessional. No welcoming. That ananda girl needs to be put in the back doing dishes or cooking because she’s extremely rude and gives off a don’t give a crap attitude.
Since this location “Doesn’t give a crap” about Hilton honors, benefits, or those who choose brand loyalty I will be reaching out to Hilton itself to express my discuss and disputing my stay with American Express.

I hope Hilton reads this review because I am disappointed in the fact that this is a hilton's location. I'm gonna bring a big concern to your eyes. Because your hospitality team, your front desk and manager are not presenting the Hilton standards or embassy, which is supposed to be a pretty high line. But diamond your front desk girl decided to refuse a guest. Access out of the parking when it's supposed to be free. Supposedly, because their hotel elevators in the parking garage is not working. Which they did not inform anybody Mark, I'm Matt. Whoever your hotel manager is, I don't remember wanted to also talk down to me and tell me, I assumed too much that I didn't get the correct information. Diamond should not be front desk if she cannot handle a disgruntle customer coming in. And if it's going to trigger her because a white woman is upset, and she doesn't know how to handle her disgruntleness or frustration and wants to impose reversed racism. Yes, that is a thing on a guest that is not okay. Also, diamonds should known she was in the wrong when she's trying to talk over the guest. While she's talking to the manager about the situation, instead of waiting her turn to explain it later on.She just escalated the problem in front of a whole bunch of people. And made more of a scene than just taking care of the customer or the guest. Conclusion, do not stay here. The parking socksIt's not in a great location.I didn't see the room but I don't need to.Because the customer service pretty much spoke for itself, it's gonna be horrible.
