- FFfanz fanz6 days ago5.0This was an amazing experience. Yes, hotel is old but it's maintained well. I had a dual queen / sofa bed suite. It was basically two rooms with one bath. The bath was small but functional. The atrium was spacious and all the corridors were wide and open. The icing on the cake, it had nice indoor heated pool and hot tub and the hughe free breakfast. They even had a chef make the custom omelette for you. It was amazing. They had plenty of parking and it was free even though there were signs to pay by the App. While booking online they ask you to purchase the parking. I chose to not to pay. You can even park on the street along the hotel. The area was pretty safe.

Hayden went above and beyond to help us with anything and everything. The rooms were nice and large and quiet, the beds were comfy, the pool and hot tub were nice, everything was great! Loved it here. We will be back.

The breakfast was A1 too, they have made to order custom omelettes and a breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Austin
