Valet team was great at the checkin, they changed to self park during our stay, but it was easy to navigate and the parking lot felt safe. They even waived parking fee for a day for us because we were confused at where the valet went. Everyone we encountered at the front desk and breakfast buffet were so helpful and friendly. The one bedroom suite felt very clean and comfy. The living room, bedroom, and washroom are all very good size. We never felt crowded as family with two young kids. And the beds are very very comfortable. The location is also amazing, close to everything but didn't see any homeless people nearby. We would definitely book them again when visiting Austin.

- MMMallory MontfortNov 1, 20251.0i got in late after a long drive to find that there was DIRT IN MY BED from another person meaning they didn’t change their sheets between people. then the guy has the nerve to bring the sheets up there and be like here change the sheets like no that is not my job i’m not changing my own sheets in the room that’s $300 a night. then we request a new room and he has the audacity to bring us up and key that doesn’t work for the new room. then we call them and he brings up ANOTHER key that doesn’t work. awful service and the cookies weren’t even good bro. very disappointing that the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. on another note the tv also stopped working. awful

I have an 8 year old and I’m 36 weeks pregnant , and a specific worker named Ralan (sorry if I spelt it wrong), made the world of difference by assisting with my car, offered to throw trash out of my car bc he saw it, helped my daughter get into my suv with my permission. Him going above and beyond reminded me how great people are, and I will continue to visit this hotel and use valet parking! Thank you for your hard work!
