Otelia took care of my check in today and it was as smooth as I could hope for. They offered complimentary champagne in the afternoon and water at night which was exactly what I needed. One of the best hotel experienced I've had.

The level of care she had in such a small moment says a lot about who she is. On top of that, she got my car pulled up incredibly fast. Not “doing her job fast,” but genuinely moving with intention because she could tell I was trying to get somewhere. She made me feel looked after, the way you’d hope a friend would — not just a valet driver. Most people just do their job. Ashley made my day easier, lighter, and honestly better.
