It’s comfy , calm , and convenient location . The front desk staff were amazing , fast and kind . The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet

When I walked in and asked for a room, I was told that rooms were $256, and all King suites were booked. This lady just lied to my face. I took a moment on my phone, and booked a King suite, directly on the Hilton website, for $188. I'm not sure if the front desk gets commission, or something else is going on, but the front desk tried to rob me and now I'm telling Google.

- AAAssiaDec 24, 20255.0STAY HERE IF YOU’RE IN AUSTIN Upon arrival my bed had a thank you note and two chocolates, that was a really nice way to be welcomed to the hotel! The room was so clean, comfy, and aesthetically pleasing. I travel with my service dog and was really happy that the hotel had a doggie park for quick potty breaks when necessary. It’s located in the heart of everything, so walking to bars, restaurants, coffee, the capital building, the river, everything was super close. The hotel restaurant has a great Happy Hour and yummy food. A few friends and I met there for drinks one night, had a great time. **Parking is expensive ($54 per night) so I parked in the garage directly behind the hotel using SpotHero for $36 for all three days. Highlight: the staff was so so so kind, gave me recommendations for nearby food, even gave me dog treats for my furbaby. Just really great energy from everyone I encountered.
