For the foreseeable future I wouldn’t stay here. They are under construction. Multiple times I had to take a cold shower because they’d randomly cut off the water and drain the hot water supply.

*BBB Complaint on the way!
Had the worst experience during the Austin GP weekend. We had booked our stay 3 months in advance, only to find that our reservation was screwed up. They initially did not find our reservation at all, and claimed it was canceled. We had already paid for the rooms and had confirmation emails, receipts everything. After a lot of back-n-forth we finally got assigned two rooms. But the configuration was messed up again. Till this point we were very understanding and willing to adjust. We just asked for an extra trundle bed and the hotel staff delivered the bed to our room and placed it vertically against the wall. We had to move the furniture around to setup the bed. We were also missing pillows, comforters and towels.
We called housekeeping numerous times, but nobody answered the call. When we went down the reception, we were met with an overworked, rude employee who got us the bedding etc. and said “it’s here if you want to take it, it’s not my job to get it to your room”.
After arguing with the staff member their manager had to eventually intervene. We paid $150/per night for this room and it did not have basics like a suitcase stand, hairdryer or an iron. The ceiling was damp from water leakage (see picture).
Please stay away from this hotel till their management takes employee training, staffing issues and upgrading the rooms seriously.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. This experience wasn’t right and isn’t sitting well with me. I booked accommodations 5 months in advance for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We came to town for the formula 1 Grand Prix. It was really special and I had it set up way in advance. When we got there to check- in, I was told my reservation didn’t exist. My stomach dropped! I was like there is no way can you please check again. The representative asked how I booked and I told her through my booking account. I’ve been a member forever and get perks bonus deals etc. She said she had to check a separate system for that and when she did, it said they cancelled my reservation. I asked her why they would do that?? She said there was no payment method on file. That wasn’t true because I couldn’t even book without putting a card on file. I pulled up my confirmed reservation and it showed my card on there. She wouldn’t even look at it. She said we emailed you and told you it was cancelled. That wasn’t true either, I had zero correspondence from the hotel before I got there. If I had gotten any warning I would have gotten it taken care of right away. She told me sorry you will have to contact booking and find different accommodations. I told her I worked for the Hyatt for many years in my past and at no point was that our policy to treat a guest that way. So it was clear that they cancelled my third party reservation to make more money due to the event in the area. There was zero empathy, I wasn’t rude or mean. I asked the representative at the hotel if they had any rooms and she said yes but she would have to charge me full price rate. I got on the phone right away and booking called the hotel which they confirmed that they did cancel my reservation so booking tried to find me a new hotel. There wasn’t anything within a decent distance so I paid full price to be taken advantage of. It wasn’t that I didn’t have the money. The purpose of this review is to make sure others don’t get this same treatment. Be careful when booking.
On a side note- the facility is clean.
The rooms are a little out dated and could use some clean up but the beds were comfortable.
