Our hotel offers on-site dining, event space, and an indoor/outdoor pool.

- VBVictoria BDec 21, 20255.0Pretty plain Jane hotel but it was nice clean had no problems with the staff nor people they had a cute little store downstairs which was perfect because I went around a ACL time as I assume everyone else that was their was too they also had breakfast items in the store as well as a mini bar in a lower level of the floor it was kind of like inside of the floor but it was super cute they had the little mini bar around 3:00 a.m. with music playing it was a very beautiful and clean hotel overall

- CBCharuta BiwalkarOct 28, 20251.0*BBB Complaint on the way! Had the worst experience during the Austin GP weekend. We had booked our stay 3 months in advance, only to find that our reservation was screwed up. They initially did not find our reservation at all, and claimed it was canceled. We had already paid for the rooms and had confirmation emails, receipts everything. After a lot of back-n-forth we finally got assigned two rooms. But the configuration was messed up again. Till this point we were very understanding and willing to adjust. We just asked for an extra trundle bed and the hotel staff delivered the bed to our room and placed it vertically against the wall. We had to move the furniture around to setup the bed. We were also missing pillows, comforters and towels. We called housekeeping numerous times, but nobody answered the call. When we went down the reception, we were met with an overworked, rude employee who got us the bedding etc. and said “it’s here if you want to take it, it’s not my job to get it to your room”. After arguing with the staff member their manager had to eventually intervene. We paid $150/per night for this room and it did not have basics like a suitcase stand, hairdryer or an iron. The ceiling was damp from water leakage (see picture). Please stay away from this hotel till their management takes employee training, staffing issues and upgrading the rooms seriously.
