The reservation was set for $149 per night. It was for a week. At check-in Angie upgraded the room to a suite at no charge. I asked for the invoice to verify this and from a male employee who was at the front desk at 7am during my stay . They both verified it was for $149 per night and said they can only give a room invoice at the end of the stay. This didn't sound right. On the last day , the room invoice showed charges varying from $213 per night and others. I spoke with the general manager, a female on site, who was uncooperative and unprofessional. I would highly suggest staying away from this property and going somewhere else. The bible says to "put away lying, speak every man (person) truth with his neighbor (everyone) for we are members one of another".( Ephesians 4:25 kj). And that we are to "Honor everyone". (1 Peter 2:17)

I’ll start this off by saying this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in (yes, even the shower and floors), and cleanliness is huge to me. I’m not sure if it’s new or recently remodeled but even the room smelled clean/new. I stayed in one of the king bedroom suites for a week and worked from the room a lot of the time so it was important I had a full kitchen along with plenty of space. The 2 closets were nice, along with having an AC/heater unit in the main area as well as the bedroom. I also appreciated how there was a door to the bathroom from the room as well as the kitchen/dining area. The breakfast was your typical hotel continental breakfast, so no complaints there. The large parking lot with free parking was also very convenient. The staff was friendly (especially Marcades and housekeeping), except for when there was one of the males manning the front desk. Couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phone to greet anytime we walked in/out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Would like a bigger fitness center with more strength machines. Would like to see machines/equipment for chest presses and leg machine at minimum. See attached photos.

Had a great stay here. The personnel are friendly and inviting. The front desk Angie is so sweet and accommodating. The only issue was the towels are very rough needing softener. The area is full of walk to restaurants and entertainment. Very quiet even with the airport behind them. Never once heard the planes landing. We will be staying any trip to Dallas.
